Ars Antiqua landed quickly but quietly, folding her wings down and slipping into the shade of the trees all the while watching the sky to see if her Auntie followed her or stayed for the 'Peace Talks'. She was sure that her Auntie would stay, but it never hurt to be cautious. Especially with members of her family. But there was no one in the sky after her, though she hadn't gone far from the meeting grounds. Which meant whatever would happen there would happen and the dance of Dark and Light would continue. It was dull. Ars needed something else to occupy her time. Maybe she should go check on Lotan, make sure things were going okay in his life. Perhaps she would journey to the sea in a day or two. Meanwhile, she might want to wander nearby, keep an ear out for... unpleasant things happening at the meeting grounds. It wasn't likely, but grudges ran deep. It would take a great force for the two sides of the Fayth clans to unite. A force not known to her, perhaps a force not known to the world.
That still didn't help that she was bored now, with nothing left to entertain her since she wouldn't face more than one member of her family at a time.

With a final bow of his head and an encouraging smile, Falmari Aqualondë left the white mare known as Teleri to her important task of mediating peace talks between two warring Clans. The Fayths were an expansive herd, as far as he understood it, multiple family units breaking off and settling different territories in the Soquili lands. Some were more aggressive and dangerous, some abandoning their Herd or Clan for the sake of joining up with other bands.
He wasn't exactly sure which envoys for which clans would be in attendance, but he was sure his mother would do her best to guide their talks to peace. Whether other Clans would abide by it, or even acknowledge it, was an entirely different matter.
"Nothing to be done for that, now." He scolded himself mildly, picking up his hooves smartly as he moved into a ground-eating lope.
Wings folded tight to his back, the stallion wove his way through the strange woods, seeking darker paths that he could more comfortably wander beneath. The sun was too high and strong for him to enjoy the flight, he'd be better off on the ground until dusk. In the bright gleam daylight, he was far more likely to harm himself if he took to the air. It was no matter, he could easily while away the hours in a lazy stroll. Perhaps he'd find some wildflowers to transplant nearer to his hives and help flavor future batches of honey.
He skirted a sun-filled meadow and found himself in a deeper copse of trees, staring at a golden-eyed mare who seemed to half-vanish into the shadow. "Oh... Excuse me."

Ars watched the stallion approach silently, head tilted slightly and wings pressed down as to make herself as small a if target as possible. She wasn't afraid, more intrigued. It wasn't often she saw those with black eyes, and she didn't want to scare him away with early posturing. The stallion had some Kalona blood, it was obvious, with one set of wings that would match her own father. The second set, though, marked him as Angeni of some sort too. It was an interesting mix, to be sure, and Ars wondered what sort of personality hide under black eyes and soft curls.
So, she let him get close, standing as much in the shadow as possible, wondering how long it would take for him to see her. If he hadn't been so off the beaten path, she might mistake him as one coming to the Peace Talks, but he bore no markings she was familiar with. Which meant, if he was somehow connected, it wasn't by blood. It could be that the stallion called these woods home, or at least called somewhere nearby home. She would find out soon enough.
"Have you done anything worthy of excusing?" Ars countered softly, smiling softly.
