Tara is the youngest child of Toby and Ronna Walsh. Shortly after the surprise that was her older sister Tally was born their parents wound up pregnant again. They argued that since they only intended to have two children, it would be easier to space them very close together, especially given their mom's job as a witch watcher. Because of this, Tally and Tara are ‘Irish twins’ since they are only eleven months apart. The two have been inseparable ever since, even if they occasionally fighting like siblings do. Growing up Tara always considered Tally the more responsible and mature sister, although she would often pull Tally's into her more rambunctious schemes and pranks. As the youngest grandchild in her family, she was very excited to go to Hogwarts, and determined to have as much fun as she can!
