Core Classes:
♉︎ Astronomy OWL - A
- Bethany would be one to admit Astronomy wasn't as bad as it could have been. However, she didn't see the need for going into it much past OWLs. As a result, she got only an Acceptable.
♉︎ Charms OWL - EE
- Bethany honestly enjoyed Charms. She enjoyed the idea of being able to cast useful spells when she needed to, and studied as much as she could. As a result, she got an Exceeds Expectations.
♉︎ Defence Against the Dark Arts OWL - O
- As her father is an Auror and her grandfather on the Wizengamot, not to mention everything else that has happened to her family, Bethany took Defence Against the Dark Arts very seriously. She studied hard, and managed to get an Outstanding.
♉︎ Herbology OWL - A
- Bethany was okay at Herbology. She wasn't the greatest, but she didn't plan on doing much with it anyway. As a result, she only got an Acceptable.
♉︎ History of Magic OWL - EE
- Bethany found History of Magic fascinating enough. While it wasn't always her cup of tea, she could enjoy the subjects enough that they could keep her interested. As a result, she got an Exceeds Expectations.
♉︎ Potions OWL - EE
- Bethany was. without a doubt, much better at Potions than her mum ever was. She could even brew them correctly, too! As a result, she got an Exceeds Expectations.
♉︎ Transfiguration OWL - EE
- Transfiguration required quite a bit of concentration. While Bethany wasn't the top of her class, she could say for sure that her focus was top notch, and she rarely had any mishaps in class as a result. Because of this, she got an Exceeds Expectations.
Elective Classes:
♉︎ Arithmancy OWL - A
- Bethany enjoyed Arithmancy about as much as she enjoyed Herbology. Which was, it couldn't hold her interest for long, especially when she discovered it had a lot more to do with divination than actual numbers. As a result, she got only an Acceptable.
♉︎ Alchemy OWL - A
- While Bethany was good at potions, she wasn't exactly the best at Alchemy. Because of this, she only got an Acceptable.
♉︎ Cursebreaking OWL - EE
- Bethany actually enjoyed Cursebreaking. Something about being able to protect yourself from dark magic and breaking curses intrigued her. Because of this, she got an Exceeds Expectations.
♉︎ Muggle Studies OWL - EE
- Bethany's home was partially modeled to be accepting of muggle culture and devices. As her grandparents had been open to including muggle topics in their home, Bethany was fascinated by it. As a result, she got an Exceeds Expectations on her exam.
♉︎ Study of Ancient Runes OWL - O
- Considering her family was partially Scandinavian, Bethany figured that not knowing the runes was likely to be something she couldn't live down. As a result, she studied hard and managed to get an Outstanding.
♉︎ Wizard Law OWL - O
- Bethany always wanted to go into law. As she knew her mother had a fascination with it but never did anything in the field. Bethany decided to take it upon herself to make a name for herself there. As a result, she got an Outstanding.
