Wolfsbane felt a snarl of frustration leave her throat at her lunge failed to meet its mark. The berserker whipped sideways towards her opponent, determined to not let her catch her off guard again.

The direwolf was making another attack towards her legs. Instead of running from the attack, the berserker moved towards it. Her stance wide and her head tall, Wolfsbane waited until the other wolf neared before butting her head downwards towards the top of her low opponent.

Fire aborted her attack the moment she saw the Wolfsbane's bulking frame swinging downwards towards her. Still, she kept close and tight against the berserker, figuring she had to use her speed against the opponent's bulking strength.

Avoiding the downward swing of her opponents head, Fire evaded towards Wolfsbane's flank and swung her shoulder upwards towards the other wolf's ribs, doing her best to slowly chip away at her large adversary.

Another snarl left her throat. As Wolfsbane became more and more frustrated, her attacks became more and more wild. She wasn't really a wolf of any particular amount of patience.

As the smaller wolf evaded her attack once again the berserker swung a heavy paw towards her in frustration. Her jaw clenched and her eyes full of rage, she swept the passive paw towards the side of her opponent's face.

The swat of the paw was strong, but slow. Messy. It took little effort for Fire to duck beneath the blow. She heard Wolfsbane's snarls and could almost feel the frustration resonating off of the other wolf.

Perfect.

The direwolf turned towards her opponent now, using speed against the hampered strength of the frustrated berserker. Fangs bared, she struck towards the head of the larger wolf in an attempt to catch her off guard.

The direwolf's attempt to catch her off guard did exactly that. Perhaps it was her frustration. Or maybe the was the underestimation of her opponent. Likely, it was a combination of the two, along with the inexperience of the young berseker.

Regardless, Wolfsbane found the form of her opponent suddenly striking towards her face. The attack made contact and Wolfsbane reeled back, landing on her already injured leg which crumpled beneath her. There was a wound on her forehead, now, and blood trickled into her eye.

Her chest heaved with quick and deep breaths. She had nothing more to give.

She snarled in frustration one last time. muttering a low and quiet "I yield."

Wolfsbane didn't look for her father in the wolves that had come to watch the duel. She had more to learn before she could face him.
