⇨☾⇨Wuthering Heights is a massive forest of dead spiraling trees. It is a common hub for Occultist-type witches as animages fill the area. The Wuthering Heights offer breathtaking vistas of winding trees and extremely steep cliffs. Pumpkins grow plentifully in Wuthering Heights. Many Witches live in pumpkin houses as well as rickety old houses that are far larger on the inside than they appear on the outside. The houses and pumpkins are tightly nestled inside of the dead trees.

⇨☾⇨Apotheosis arrived in Wuthering Heights following a directive from Queen Reina that he needed to kill a group of dangerous werewolves. They had become a rogue pack of wolves who were killing and eating human souls. And Apotheosis needed to put a stop to it! The werewolves have the potential to become Kishin because of their inability to control their ravenous hunger. Apotheosis walked through the massive forest of twisted trees in search of them. From what he understood about feral werewolves, they were notoriously difficult to track down. Plus, once you have found them then you wish that you had not because of their ferocity in combat. Rather than the group being spread around, he had the suspicion that they would all be together in one group. Apotheosis continued his march through the forest and looked for footprints. Based on the intel that he had learned, these werewolves were completely mad and feral. Meaning that they would remain in their transformed state at all times. Constantly on the hunt. Neverending movement. Apotheosis broke a twig under his boot and suddenly heard a massive behemoth jump from a nearby tree. The sorcerer cast a series of fire spells at him. Before the werewolf could slash at him, Apotheosis trapped his claws instead of a magic circle. He cast more spells with the thought that more wolves from his pack would descend on him. To his surprise, none appeared. When he trapped the werewolf with eldritch circles he approached the creature. "Art thou in the black fang pack? Tell me, where are the others?" Apotheosis interrogated as he glared at the werewolf. He could tell that this werewolf was in this pack based on the symbol he was wearing. "What's it matter? You'll never get to them anyway." Apotheosis then blasted the werewolf with a fireball since he was being difficult. The kishin egg was immediately absorbed within the pages of his demon tool. He speculated about why this pack member was separated from the rest as he continued his journey.

⇨☾⇨He reached a perilous cliff with roaring winds after walking through the forest. The area was rocky as the winds howled and he was temporarily frightened that the wind might blow him over the edge. He took the long way around although the height gave him a sense of any remaining creatures in the valley. Apotheosis sighed as he had an immense distaste for all this needless walking. Great, another forest. Preposterous that it's so hard to find a giant roaming group of lumbering wolfmen. Apotheosis whined internally as he walked aimlessly in the hopes of finding the rest of the werewolves. Once he approached a clearing away from the dead trees, however, he heard a wolf's howl from a high cliff. He looked up to see dozens of werewolves with the characteristic symbol adorning their necks. They began flooding into the gorge as the sorcerer created as many magic circles as he possibly could. He covered himself in a cloak of flames as they all moved at an incredibly fast speed. The werewolves were ravenously hungry and sought to indulge their insatiable appetite with Apotheosis's flesh. He filled the area with balls of flame at each werewolf as they used feral wind magic to blast it away. One werewolf got close enough to bite him so he immediately took flight with his hands covered in arcane circles. The sorcerer continued casting spells as he flew through the sky above the werewolves. Apotheosis continued to soar and tried to avoid the tornados that the wolves were creating with wind magic. This was quickly turning into the most difficult assignment that he had ever received. He knew that his flames could not endure so many wind blasts at once. He would need to draw some of them away from the pack in order to kill them. The crafty sorcerer continued casting while flying backward. The pack of wolves chased him as he soared over the gorge. They were in mindlessly ferocious pursuit of him as he continued his flight. One by one, he conjured magic circles to block the path of several werewolves. Finally, when only two of them remained he unleashed a final fire blast. Two Kishin eggs were absorbed from the slain werewolves into his spellbook.

⇨☾⇨When the wolfpack dispursed, the sorcerer flew back around over the gorge. He began raining fire on them and setting the deadwood alight. A forest fire raged and yet the pack leader just blasted it away immediately with a powerful gust of wind. The sorcerer had to block it with a magic circle just to keep the fiery wind from enveloping him. The wolves howled and stirred up massive twisters that continued ravaging through the clearing and the sky. Apotheosis had to use arcane magic just to keep the wind from hurling him out of the sky. Since he managed to pick a couple of them off this was slightly more manageable but he worried that they would not fall for the same trick twice. As a result, he created multiple defenses before directing his mana to bombard the enemies. He had to focus on two select werewolves from the bunch in order to pick them off effectively. The werewolves began coalescing once again in the center and released so much wind magic that it was able to form a massive tornado that was powerful enough to destroy Apotheosis's magic circles. He immediately released a powerful stream of fire from his hands after swiftly opening his spell tome. The flame became overwhelming as it destroyed the tornado. Finally, he sent out another blast of flame that annihilated the two werewolves he was targeting. The fire caused the group to scatter as his targets were completely incinerated. When the werewolves died he opened his demon tool and absorbed the Kishin eggs directly. His power was growing exponentially. He felt somewhat revived by it. Apotheosis watched as the remaining werewolves began running away from the sorcerer. Their immense speed made it difficult for him to follow. Apotheosis gave a snooty sigh as he chased after one of the splinter groups of the pack. They were likely splitting up in a last-ditch effort to prevent him from getting all the souls he needed. How rude!

⇨☾⇨The sorcerer watched as the split up group went into a different part of the forest. Were werewolves even allowed to divide their pack? He supposed that it was difficult for them to stick to any form of ethics when they became clearly feral. Survival was all that the mentality of a wolf could understand. As he chased after them he continued shooting balls of flame at them. He was somewhat distracted by the prospect of not being able to find the other werewolves. Apotheosis flew after them and had a feeling that catching them would not be easy. Once they were cornered by approaching a cliff, they simply jumped off the edge. It was a shock for him to behold because it was not like the werewolves could fly. He flew over the cliff himself and just hovered as he watched the wolves release a blast of wind to soften their fall. Apotheosis simply shook his head. How were they succumbing to feral madness and coming up with rather clever ways to allude him? It was frustrating to him as he continued following them and blasting arcane fire at them. Eventually, Apotheosis was able to form a wall of arcane magic that stopped them for just long enough to force them to fight again. He formed a ball of flame that he fired at both of them. One of them was blasted away and the other jumped up. It was clear that they were running out of energy from running combined with their earlier combat. Apotheosis managed to break through the counterattack slashes from the werewolves. The fire destroyed the wind claws and roasted the werewolves. The flames roared as their Kishin eggs were revealed. Apotheosis opened his spell tome and gathered the Kishin eggs. He took flight immediately and with haste. He needed to travel east in the direction that the remaining werewolves took as their route. These werewolves running opposite directions were really throwing a wrench in the sorcerer's machinations.

⇨☾⇨Apotheosis continued flying toward his targets and was frustrated as he was unable to locate them at first. In fact, he saw many other droves of werewolves that did not fit the description. This only compounded the frustration he was experiencing. After continuously flying east, he was suddenly bombarded with wind. That seemed to answer his question of who he was looking for. He was blasted out of the air by the gale from the werewolves. Apotheosis used arcane circles to regain flight slightly and soften his fall at the last minute. The Witch rubbed his head in fury as he hopped back onto his feet. He looked around with wrath as more slashes of wind came toward him. The werewolves resurfaced as revenants and he recognized them immediately. Apotheosis blasted fire at the air claw spells and completely destroyed them. The werewolves coated their fur in more magic as he used cannon spells of arcane magic to destroy them. Apotheosis was enraged and prepared to destroy them utterly. He managed to break through one of the armors and seared one of the werewolves. It collapsed to the ground as the other one began running toward him through the forest. He stopped the charging werewolf by laying a series of magic circle traps. The werewolf's agility allowed him to avoid many of the blasts. The werewolf was then blasted away by a fireball. The werewolf was knocked off his feet and burned alive. When he was reduced to ash his Kishin egg soul was revealed. Apotheosis absorbed it with his demon tool and left the area.
