Before he could react, a wall of water rushed over Jericho. It was pleasant and warm and a bit smelly, but it was much nicer than the ice water that had previously clung to him. The shock of it, though, led to him inhaling a little bit - he let out a few coughs as the water slapped the floor of the cave and began to trickle down him.
It was only then that he registered what Rhys had said, and he began to look for her beneath the roiling surface of the water.
When she surfaced, and didn't appear to be melting, Jericho eased his way into the water after her. He lowered himself down and pushed off with his backlegs, trying to glide into the water as smoothly as a horse possibly could. Waves of water still lapped over the edge of the pool, but at least nothing went flying.
"Still have all your legs?" he asked Rhys, quirking his mouth at her.

Rhys came up and shook out her mane. "This is great! If stinky still." It was a weird sensation, this warm water. It was almost too hot for her. She watched as the admittedly already soaked stallion eased his own way into the warm waters. Rhys couldn't help but giggle as his tail feathers floated on top of the water behind him.
"Let's find out!" She replied to his question eagerly as she reared up and used her front albeit faded hooves to splash more water at him.
Boreas shook his head. He figured now was a good time to make himself scarce if he didn't want to be dragged into their water games. He would make good use of this time though and go hunting for himself. With one last look at the ponies, Boreas slunk his way out of the cave. WC: 143

"You did not just-" Jericho turned to her with his mouth open, only to be greeted by a foul-tasting mouthful of water. Sputtering and spitting it out, Jericho weaponized his tail to send a spray of water at Rhys. They played as long as they could stand the heat, cackling and chasing each other around the pool. The snowstorm kept Jericho in the cave... but despite the its warmth, Jericho would be lying if he said that Rhys wasn't what kept him in the pool.
He felt a marvelous warmth bloom in his chest whenever she cast a mischievous look in his direction.
