Cartwright gasps as Better Than You finishes his passionate speech.

Cartwright: "You're better than me?!"

Cartwright says with such an honest tone.

Staff Member Russo approaches Cartwright to whisper in to his ear.

Russo: "Bro, this is a win-win bro.
There is no way he can beat DJ Killer Kyle bro.
I'm better than Better Than You bro.
This guy has got nothing, bro.
No more ratings disasters bro.
No more riots being incited bro.
Best of all bro, no extra paperwork bro."

Cartwright listens intently, nodding along.

Cartwright: "I do love the sound of no extra paperwork...."

Cartwright offers an open hand to the man standing opposite him.

Cartwright: "...Better Than You, I accept!"

Better Than You. would look down at Cart's open hand, knowing full well that Russo definitely just approved of this because he, like many others, didn't even believe that the Canadian could win any sort of match -- especially one as dangerous as a Hollywood Backlot Brawl. There were plenty of thoughts rushing through the young man's head, some questioning if the same thing that happned last time with DJ Killa Kyle would happen again...some wondering if he was actually going to be safe in this match or if he'd end up being ran over by some angry drunk Jets fan's Buick. BTY. shook his head free of the intrusions and inevitably reached down and grabbed Cart's hand, holding it firmly and shaking it.

"That's it then, I'll get out of here and go get some rest so I can be ready to put down that dumbass influencer. I'm better than him, and I always was, and I always will be. You'd just better be prepared that coming out of that match...you'll be down one roster member regardless. Oh, and by the way...My handshake is better than yours, and yeah -- I'm Better...Than...YOU."

Better Than You. turned on a dial and trekked his way out of the room, leaving Russo and Cartwright all by their lonesome as the show went on.
