1. How do you figure out it helps but also kills?
2. Tell a story about your soquili intentionally using this plant for good or nefarious purposes. Do they plan on growing more or getting rid of the plant?

Wispin was trotting back to the plant and flowers field he was at some time ago to check if the strange flower he saw earlier was still there. He really hoped it had grown bigger and maybe more beautiful since last time. Not that being beautiful was really important for that particular flower. He heard from his friend Healee that the flower he found actually had healing properties and was a useful plant. This plant was able to heal wounds and cure certain illnesses. His first impression to stay away from the plant because he felt it might be poisonous was proven wrong. He was actually happy with this because the plant looked to pretty to destroy. He was back at the flower field really quickly and it didn’t take him long to find the flower again. It was hard to miss because it had grown really large by now and it wasn’t just one plant with one flower anymore. The largest plant had three flowers now and to new plants with one flower each had started to grow next to the bigger first one he had found. Wispin was going to let all of these plants grow and hope even more would eventually pop up.

Now he knew the plant was still growing here and had grown even bigger now he decided it was time to actually take some of the petals of the biggest flower so the could be used as a cure. That was why he wanted to continue growing them in the first place. To use the healing properties of this plant. He carefully picked only a few petals of the biggest of the plants and took one leaf while trying not to touch any of the other leaves. He didn’t want to accidentally destroy the plant. He managed to do so very easily. He put the leaf and the petals aside to maybe use later. He was probably going to bring them to Healee later today. But first he wanted to go back home and take plant parts with him.

Wispin started galloping home going in the direction of the forest. When he just entered the forest he heard a strange sound he didn’t really understand. What was he hearing? He carefully walked over to where he thought the sound was coming from and looked around. At first he didn’t see anything but he suddenly heard the sound again. It was really close by this time and that is when he saw what was making that sound. I really small mouse was sitting on the ground very obviously wounded by something. The little critter was clearly in pain. Wispin looked around to see if he could see anything or anyone. He wanted to know it whatever did this was still here even though he had no clue what happened. But there was no one else there only he and the little mouse. It seemed to be save now so he could try and help the little animal. He knew immediately what he needed to do. He needed to use the flower to heal the mouse his wounds! He didn’t take it with him for nothing.

He didn’t really know how to do this properly as he wasn’t a healer. That was more Healee’s thing to do but he wanted to help the poor little thing right now and just tried something. He carefully picked up the mouse while asking if it was okay for him to help him. The mouse thankfully agreed and let Wispin try to help heal his wounds. He carefully rubbed some of the leaf on a few of the wounds and it did seem to somewhat work. He mouse was in less pain now. He now did the same with one of the flower petals by carefully rubbing in onto the wounds. Did seemed to hurt and first and he was sorry for that but it did seem to work to letting the wounds heal. He was doing something good! Wispin was going to take his new little friend home so it could heal at his home and maybe he could find out what happened.

He was going to get more flower petals and leaves later to bring them to Healee his first priority now what helping his new tiny friend. To help heal the wounds even faster or so he tought he rubbed more of the leaf and petals on the wounds but this time the results where different. The mouse started to more really wild and suddenly seemed to get what looked like a fever. What was going on? Was the plant poisonous for the mouse? Why didn’t he realize this earlier? He panicked and rushed the mouse to a river. He galloped at full speed to the river and washed all the wounds of the mouse like crazy while still panicking to get all the plant of the mouse. He used lots of water just to be sure everything was gone. He carefully put the mouse in the grass but it sadly wasn’t moving anymore. Did he kill it? Was this plant poisonous for the little critter and he just didn’t realise? His new friend seemed okay earlier so what happened. Suddenly Wispin realized what happened he had given the mouse an overdoses of the plant and it seemed that at small quantities it was usefull but when given to much it could actually be very harmful. With such small animals you had to be very careful not to use to much medicine and he hadn’t been careful at all. What had he done? He could never forgive himself for being so stupid and not bringing it to his friend but just randomly trying things himself.

Just as he wanted to walk home feeling really really sad and being angry at himself he saw something move in the grass. It was his tiny friends who was awake again and slowly walked towards him still wanting to go with him. His little friend was still alive. Wispin sighed in relieve to see he didn’t kill his little friend but he did realize he had been very close to that. He told his little friend of the mistake he made said he was very sorry. The mouse quickly forgave him knowing it had been and accident and Wispin never wanted to kill or even harm him.

He took the little mouse and decided to not go home but to go to Healee first to warn him about the plant. It didn’t only heal but could also be very harmful and he wasn’t sure Healee knew. He also promised himself to never try to heal anyone himself like he did today ever again. The next little animal could be less lucky next time. He was never going to make this mistake ever again. Wispin galopped away towards his friend relieved it al turned out fine in the end.
