Part 1 - Usekh - Indiana /Jones and the Pyramid of Folly
WC - 326
When Ffion Reese had saught adventurers to pierce the pyramid, Baron expected something easy, amusing to watch, and even brought Yolanda along to observe and learn so his little cub might understand better self defense as the trio plod through the ancient toomb. They saught a Usekh, a necklace. Baron really didn't pay attention to the story, this was mostly him 'babysitting' and giving Mioyo a break from Meteor... and Buddy. Instead he lazily followed as Meteor charged ahead pulling Yolanda back when the stallion pranced around a corner.
"Hold on. These old ruins are often--" Baron began explaining, before a crash and a yelp told them Meteor had falllen. "- dangerous. Meteor what in hells happened now?" The stalllion pushed past his beloved daughtyer to peer down, one brow arching at the rabbit stallion on his back groaning a moment before he rolled to his paws, grimacing, and sighed.
"I walked? Oh! Secret tunnel!" Meteor perked. "Yeah it's fine come on down!" Meteor's voice was already fading as he began to prance away and Baron sighed.
"Uhm... Daddy? Shouldn't we---" Yolie began.
"No little flower, he's fine, he's just forgetting to teach you safety and all." Baron nuzzled his little girl, the mare beaming before bouncing.
"I should go slow and test though, ,right Daddy? And mind my steps." Yolie finally responded. Baron beamed, nodding.
"Precisely!" He praised. Yolie beamed.
"Yeah I-- noticed Papa wasn'ty doinf that." A sigh. The mare watched the hole a moment, her large sire beside her as they waited.
"...So.... I foiund treasure." Meteor callled out. Before BNaron cough stop his sweet little girl, she slid down into the ruined tunnel bellow, prancing for her parent as she rushed along the path. Baron groaned, shaking his head at his daughter's excitement over shiny things before transforming, using his rather large grizzly form to trundle after with a large snort. Oh this better be good.
...Still. At least it sounded like they found the Usekh.
(*NOTE FOR NYX: I'm loosely connecting the prompt responses in an arching adventure for the Musseum items, in case you're curious. c: Just some cute silly shenannigans.)

Part 2 - Cursed Dagger - Sorry, Indy
1089 WC.... oops.
"That... IUs a lot of treasure." Yolie looked into the room Meteor had found as the rabbit-Soquili mutant stallion ciurcled the room excitedly.
"Plenty of things kiddo! I mean a lot we should probably donate to Ffion or a museum but a lot of this looks like it's valuable trade!" Meteor pranced in place ad the giant bear form of Barom lumbered up, ears alert and listening before he snorted. Even Baron admitted he could easily think of keeping a few baiubles aside for himself or their third or others when they returned, but something in the air made the Shifter pause as Yolie crep0t in, equally cautious. Her ears flicked and nose twitched as she looked about before frowning as Meteor happily collected a few things before Yolanda spoke, the bear-like mutant wary.
"This is a tomb, isn't it, Papa?" She asked.
"Yeah." Meteor responded. "Nothing's going to get us here, kit." Meteor winked. "Papa Greumpy and I won't let you get hurt." Meteor turned, bending to yank a daggar firmly lodged in the geound. gtiving it a solid yank, He grinned, nearly toppling.
"See kit? And I can use this!" A few expert flicks of his head and Baron sighed. Meteor was skilled with weapons, but this one seemed off. Smelled off.
"Some stories I've heard and read say sometimes there's curses to protect the bellongings that aren't for the living. Before we came I asked locals and they said that the dignitary miooght not mind future generations learning from some[/i[ of his wealth but not alll of it or he might get angry and punish intruders. I like the pretty things but, uhm.... I think just the Usekh is fine, for Ffion."
Baron beamed in pride at his cub as he walked to fetch the Usekh, mindfully tidying things Meteor spilled. Seeking informatuon was a wise decision indeed and his little girl might just had a natural skill for advannture, Baron felt. She was right tooo, he need remember that the tomb could carry curses... Unlike Meteor, who shrugged.
"Your choice kit." Meteor said gently. As the trio turned to leave, Meteor charged ahead to find a path out. As the trio walked, rit slowly became plain they were lost. Baron snorted a few time, spying familiar hallls, before beginning to lead them, the triio finally growing un-loast as the hidden passage seemed to lead out into familiar parths.... IOr familiar in their similarity to other hallls. No, puzzles lie ahead now. Each puzzle seemed riskier than the first and Baron stopped, turning to Meteor.
"We need to disarm the traps." He said firmly. "You or I need to cross each one and disarm it one by onew." Baron snorted. Meteor nodded.
"I'll go." He respomnded. with a deft motion only springy muscles and experienced paws allowed, Meteor leapt agross the gap of a trap, slowly beginning to hop pedastal to pedastal. Finally, one tipped, troppling Meteor into water and the stallion yelped as gold coin fell from a pouch. He caught the dagger tighter in his teeth and swam to shore, soon planting his hooof into a wall notch, the trap disarming, the trap covering in stone before Baron c rossed, tesating it. As Yolie followed her sire across, she looked at the wallls, soaking in the imagery. Besides hieroglyphics, there were images. Forms carried a similar daggar to Meteor, falling into the water. Some clutched it and dragged themselves to the other side. Others dropped it before reaching the other side, and plod on with the dagger carriers. Yolie looked ahead at a faint ticking, moving onto land again before the stone impossibly snapped into hiding as the trap rearmed once more. Baron nosed Yolie in relief before Meteor turned, prancing to the next trap. Thius trap, soimehow, looked liike buttons. Meteor hummed, beginning to trot across as each made a tone before suddenly one turned red, a stone slamming into Meteor to topple him onto his side. snoiirting finally bwefore rising to his paws shakily. Yolie looked to the weall as Baron poushed forward.
"Music puzzle." He growled. Baron played the tune by pressing a walll button, before moving, pressing each note in order before the buttomed seemed to no longer respond. Yolie began to cross. IUn the wall, some dropped the daggars they bore, and others kept going. Many, but not all, bearing the daggar, were wounded, and Yolie blinked, suddenly trotting to the edge of the third as Meteor and Baron crossed slowly. The trap randomly spit fire, and Yolie frowned. On the walll, all whom were daggerless were unharmed, but those possessed of one.... Yolie suddenly got it and screeched, backing up as Baron stopped, looking over, Meteor stowing his find.
"Kit?" He asked. Before either stallion could even think to stoip their daiuughter, yolie snorted, head lowering before she charged forward at top speed, leaping thrpoough the flames. Baron and Meteor rushed quickly, before Yolie landed on the other side, planting her paw in the wall natch and shaking her head as Meteor and Baron crossed to fuss.
"WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?!" Baron snapped. Yolie huffed.
"Daddy. Daddy Papa's got a cursed daggar. It's bad luck. If he tried to cross he might've--" She motioned to a mural, Meteor looking before snorting.
"But I want it!" He whined. Baron swat him.
"Meteor. No. Don't." Baron scolded. Yolie sighed, looking for some way to break the curse, at least, before trotting along a wall, looking at the pictures before brightening.
"Oh! If Papa made it this far she can leave an offering and the dagger on the altar here to apologize. If he's forgiven there's a sign he can have it--"
"DONE." Meteor pranced, placing the4 daggar on the altar, a small golden pedestal under a skyligfht before he placed the other taken treasure minus the Usekh, and even a snack. For a moment there was nothing, before the sunlight almost flooded the pedestyal as it shook, soon leaving the daggar bathing in sunlight. It seemed brighter. Less ominous. It was still ominous, but not so much, and soom Meteoiir lifted it before exhaling, storing it. Before Baron could yelll at him fdor stupidity, Meteor turned and snuggled his bear dfaughter softly, the younger mare smiling as he sighed.
"Thanks, kit. sometimes I forget to watch out. And look at you, figuring this out on your first adventure! That's my good girl!" Meteor beamed proudly, and Baron sighed. Very wekl, he agreed, nosing his cub proudly, and YTolie bheamed.

Part 3 - Cactus Cat - Why are you Like This?
-b=546 WC Baron and Yolanda sat watching Meteor try to reach the cactus cat's perch, Baron grimacing. Once escapinfg the pyuramid they'd found an oddly green, spiny little cat that had promptly hissed and run away. Welll, "Come on! I won't bite!" Metweor protested. Baron rolled his eyes as the cat swat at him, spines embedding in hisws nose before Metweioor yelped, running to Baron to pout. Slowly, the bear shifter leaned firthm begiinning to pluck spines from him delicately.
"You are rediculous. Don't chase those things." Baron scolded. Meteor frowned.
"Yolie doesn't even have one bauble from her first adventure though!" Meteor complained. Yolie blinked.
"....I'd rather collect if the item is meaningful Papa." Yolie responde3d meekly. She watched the cat hiss again, before looking between the three of them. Baron asnorted, removing the final spine.
"That is well and good but ytour Papa needs to learn. Angruy thing, isan't it?" Baron arched a brow at the feline. Slowly he transformed again, lumbering for the cat slowly to climb after it, thick hide offering some protection as the cat hissed at him. Baron afforded no patience, snatching the cat in a paw before sliding down, holding it up in one paw.
"And you WANT this hissy menace, Meteor?" Baron arched a brow, and Meteor nodded eagerly.
"It's cute!" He responded. Baron rolled his eyes, gathering the cat in a paw as it tried breaking free before the shifter dumped it under Meteor, and flopped to remove it's spines from his hide.
"Your problem now." He snorted. The cat hissed, huddling by ??Meteor's leg, and Meteor sighed.
"Oh, come now fella. Baron's mostly harmless. Just a grumpy git."
"Why yes! Because I enjoy spines in my paws and hide! I love when you do STUPID THINGS." Baron snapped at Meteor. Meteor flinched, and the cat rushed under her next before she sighed.
"Dqaaddy... Papa... You're scaring them." Before the pair could complain, Yolie looked down, bending before smiling. "I'm sorry bab y. They do this. Noone's gonna hurt you. Daddy's grumpy aNd Papa makes dumv, eandom choices at times."
"Mrowrs." The cat responded. It stared at M "No ytou're safe. He can use it but he likes you." Yolie explained.
"Myaaa!" The cat perked, before bounding to Mewteor, rubbing him slowly. Vewry slowly. Stilll, no new spines stuck, nor did it seem as the creature brushed him did they... Remain. Meteor didn't pay attention, simply beaming and nuzzling at it.
"Awww! i'mma keep you. I should name you..."
"No." Baron warned.
"Sticky!"
BAaron buried his face in his paw at the pride on Meteor's face, and Yolie groaned, suddenly seeing why her sire named her as the cat looked between them alll, Baron rising.
"I've had enough of this chicanery. I am gooing homew, where things are less predictably idiotic[ he snorted. Meteoiir yelped, sprinting after, before Yolie afforded 'Sticky' her back to caqrry them home for her Papa, the adventures over... for now!
