So apparently, he is left-handed, though I'd say he can probably use his right hand pretty well, too.

EDIT: I don't know where that picture is from, but I also just found out that it specifically states that Sephiroth and Kadaj are left-handed in the Final Fantasy VII Ultimania Omega.

I believe he is left handed.

he's gotta be left handed because his sword is specialized and almost noone else could use it. So it would just make sense for him to be left handed

i believe he is ambextorous cuase hes is from the SOLDIER probram right? cuase he smart right lol its easy for him to do that and he is after all belives that his mother is jenova so comon he has to be ambextorous cuase i even bet he can write his name with his feet like he does with his right or left hand and feet
