The Byakugan and Sharingan ARE possibly compatible. It's a hypothesis that the Sharingan and Byakugan came from the same source, but evolved separately. So, it's possible for them to be combined with each other to create the... Sharkugan... as you like to call it. But it's more likely that the Byakugan will be dominant over the Sharingan because it is found in all members of the Hyuuga clan, while the Sharingan is only found in some members of the Uchiha clan, and has to be activated before use.

Not only unoriginal, but the cheapest god moding character ever.
Thats why I like Rock Lee.....
He WORKS for his strength evil
Other than that....not a bad idea....Although the greatest ninja ever would be a mix between Byakugan and .....crystal-ice-majig....thingy...
That would be awesome. Copying moves isnt strength. But the above listed ninja would pwn yours lol
Still like your concept though. ^^;
