Such was the power of the temple that where there should be dust and decay there was only expert carvings in the shape they must have been immediate after their finish. The Great Room of the temple was as cavernous as it was elaborate. It was all structured around the elaborate allusion to one's place in the stream of time. Beautiful but small. A comforting thought to know that while things seem hopeless they are only part in a larger deeper beauty that continues to exist. However, while the universal ideas of greater beauty and greater purity were strengthening to the spirit, it did nothing for the mind or body. It did not keep the mouths in a war torn and recovering land from going hungry, it did not prevent the people from sleepless nights due to an ever growing sense of fear and foreboding.

She entered the antechamber just off of the main room and began to meditate trying to find in her minds eye the source of the disturbance . As she slipped deeper into the power of the temple, a face flashed with glinting eyes and a hungry smile. She came out of her trance with sweat running down her neck and cool chill running up her spine. That face...

She stood up shaking her limbs and unhitching the bow from her back. This would take a while whatever was here was embedding itself in the power of the temple misusing it. The effects of such taboo might take a while to dispose of. She would have to sweep the entire temple to be sure the disquieting shadow had done nothing too harmful.

Lyla sat down inside a chamber. There the leader stood up. "Just so you know, I'm not the leader of the Gerudos, but a substitute. Nabooru is out at the Spirit temple. You will find her there. Be sure to give this to her." Lyla bowed, took the letter and medallion and headed out the door.

As she left the chamber, the gerudo that had led her there gave her her bag. "Thank you!" Lyla set off into the desert. As she walked further she started to see remnants of footsteps. "I better hurry. These tracks will vanish soon."
