Not really. It is true that some of the issues are involved with real life such as betrayal and determination. However, there are things that we cannot do such as falling off a cliff and still be alive.

Seriously. I love Kingdom Hearts to death, and I'd live it if I could, but there's no way that some of that stuff is possible. I mean, you're right, but at the same time, no.

Yea, Kingdom Hearts being real would be so awesome...but alas, all we have are the games, which are awesome in themselves. But still, real would = amazing... Yea, the romance stuff is very on level with reality, naturally the physics of the game cant be real, but I see what your trying to say, and the social and romantic aspects of the games, are very on par with reality.
