really the only rules i have to say is don't spoil anything for someone it pisses them off and pisses me off 20 times more than them and i will kill you. (not really) (heheheheheh)
when a discussion has spoilers written on top of it then after a week i will move the discussion to the proper subforum for instance i might wait a couple of weeks to move the last episode of sg-1 and atlantis season finale due to no new episode coming out for a while.
