I need an ancient Katana. I Am willing to pay no more than 64k. I have a Thank you letter for June 2007 I am also willing to trade for said Katana.

True, they aren't but if the O.P. is willing to let go of 64k and the letter for one ancient katana, the value of them should be close to reached. The ancient katana goes for 82k now so he'd have to come up with another 8k or so.
