Whenever a human is in dire trouble, they are on their way. The dealers of justice who rule a camp of outcasts. They call their agents "Guardian Angels", all of them displaying a heavenly quality. Each agent is determined to protect the race which so shuns them, and to thwart the Demons, an underground gang of terrible evil.
There are a few people defined to the story:
Amalie, an out-of-luck girl in and out of apartments and jobs.
Micheal, an outcast boy who saves Amalie one day. He is her "Guardian Angel".
Other roles in the story:
Last Haven members, mysterious beings who protect the humans. All of them are terribly distant. There is a Counsil of seven members who lead the group.
Black Delirium, a group of demons who are out for humans. They range from simple and plain to complex and dark. They have no set leaders.
The population of Ville des Chérubins, humans all over the town, who constantly suffer problems. While some turn to the Black Delirium, corrupting themselves, others are found by fortune and Last Haven.

Settings:
Ville des Chérubins-
A scenic town on the edge of the Riviera. Most of the people are wealthy, but many struggle to get by. Outdoor restaurants are common. A river flows through the city, with bridges quite common. Buildings don't rise very high there.
Underground-
It is constantly dark and wet. Dampness surrounds, along with the smells of death. Throught the catacombs there is only very little light. Bats can be heard screeching, and fluttering always.
"Dernier Refuge"-
A dilapitated building that actually holds a pure population. There, the agents of Last Haven meditate and hone skills. There is a central room, where the agents find harried humans. From there, it branches out into halls, filled with the agent's living quarters. Not a kitchen is to be found, nor a dining area...
