In this thread you will find all the information about obtaining a Custom Soquili pet. Please take some time to read the rules, most questions can be answered by doing so. If you're still in a quandary, PM Soquili with your concerns.

• Custom Pricing can be found in the third post of this thread
If you are unsure about the price for your custom, PM a colorist with open slots (i.e. who is offering customs currently.) Do not PM price requests to the shop mule.

• Custom references cannot be done on the official lineart
Do *not* eyeball or trace a Soquili for your references. You can use this CYO Horse or check out the Questers Resource for more lineart you can use.

• Updated Customers can only get one custom Soq and one custom familiar every month
E.g. If you win a custom soquili slot in January, you cannot enter another slot in January, you have to wait until February. This includes co-ownership as well - so if you co-own a custom Soquili, both owners cannot order a custom for one month. RL customs and Bribes are excluded from this restriction. The one month wait applies to the month you win the custom, regardless of when your custom is actually delivered.

• Co-ownership is allowed for Customs
Up to two people may co-own and/or co-pay for a custom Soquili.

•  Please read the individual colorist's rules for their slots
Each colorist makes their own custom sales thread. For speed sales, when the colorist says "GO" in their thread, then post for your slot. A colorist might have games such as dice or random numbers besides speed sales so pay attention to their unique rules for their slots.

• Incomplete custom forms will be ignored
Please fill out your form completely to make your colorist's life a bit easier. If you want specific colors, give hex codes or a color swatch reference. The more references you put in, the closer the finished custom will match your idea. Custom Forms cannot be changed once posted, so please DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE YOU HIT SUBMIT.

• You must have written permission from an owner to use their Soquili as a reference
You must also have written permission from the original creator where your custom is to share 50% or more of its likeness to non-commercial artwork or character design. Commercial artworks (famous paintings, cartoon/manga characters, nature photographs, and all other commercial images are fine.)

• Do not guilt trip or passive/aggressive anyone from going for a custom slot
This type of behavior is not tolerated and will be dealt with by staff. If you are the target of or see anyone attempting to bully another, please PM Soquili.

• If you got a slot, you must post your form
Forms are to be posted in the Custom Forms thread. Remember to specify which colorist is doing your custom.

• Custom Payment must be sent within 24 hours
If a trade is not sent within 24 hours of the slots being rolled/picked, the slot will be offered to another customer. Send your payment directly to your colorist. You may tip your colorist if you wish, but it is not expected or required to do so.

• Items are usually accepted
Check your colorist's rules to see if they specifically forbid items as payment. Items are valued at the days LMP (Lowest Market Price) - 10% off. TekTek is useful for looking this up. Change is not given if overpaying with items.

• Refunds will be given only if the colorist fails to complete the custom

• In order to qualify for a newbie slot, the newbie in question must have at least 1000 posts
Not to be unfair to newer-to-Gaia newbies, but this is just to make sure that no mules are applying. Newbies must have no more than Two soquili, any number of familiars are allowed.

•Proxies are Allowed for Custom Slots
Only one person may proxy for an individual (you cannot have two or more proxies.) Proxies must have a fully completed form/all required information to enter with. Only one entry can be made per post.

• WIP's may be requested
Colorists may or may not do WIP's at their own discretion - if you feel a WIP is necessary please request this with your order.

• Breed Templates Cannot be used on bases that cannot be naturally bred with
This means you cannot use Wind Wings on Usdia or Kelpi fins on seathi, but pixie HEAD wings can go on seathi (due to the nixie crossover) And Mer side fins on Kirin (due to Kelpi Crossover), but they count as hyper hybrids regardless if any of the transitional breed templates are visible. Hair and feathers do not count to this limitation and can be used on any base (feathers create either Mutants (minis/Mers) Or hyperhybrids (Mers)).

Slot Info and Definitions
• Mini Slots are Seathi & Usdia
• Common Slots are Regular (inc. Draft and War variants) and Cerynei
• Uncommon Slots are Wind, Uni & Kelpi
• Rare Slots are Mer, Kirin, Flutter, Hippogryphs & Kalona
• Super Rare Slots are Shifters, Ulun'suti & Angeni
• Crossbreeds use the slot of the rarer parent (ex: A uni-angeni would be a super rare slot)
• Halfbreeds use the same slot AND PRICE as their "pure" version (ex: a halfbreed Kalona would be a rare slot, and cost the same as a fullblooded kalona.)

• Crossbreeds are full-sized Soquili which have traits from two different breeds. Examples are Wind x Unicorn (both wings and unicorn traits) or Flutter x Kirin (a Kirin with flutter wings).
Only crossbreeds of TWO species are allowed in normal custom slots.

• The following breeds cannot be Crossbreeds - Angeni/Shifter, Mers with any breed except Kelpi (only Mer/Kelpi crosses allowed for Mers.) Seathi with anything But Nixie/Nixie Mixes, Usdia with anything but other Usdia Crossbreeds.

• Halfbreeds are Soquili that are missing one or more of the defining edits of their breed. Any of the non-regular full-sized soquili can be customed that are either missing a defining characteristic or replaced with a trait of the REGULAR soquili (not Cerynei). The price and slot is the same as the rare type that they are a halfbreed of.
Examples: A wingless kalona, a kelpi with a hair-tail, a unicorn with non-cloven hooves, an angeni with only one pair of wings.

• Both Edited and Unedited Soquili may include any of the stock hairsyles, Expressions, and/or Trading Post items at no extra charge.

EXPRESSIONS

Extras & Extra Charges

• Complicated coloring may incur a surcharge on the base custom price - this is up to the colorist doing the custom; what they consider difficult is not up for debate.

• A Custom Tag is included in the Soquili's price for Customs - choice of feather color / tag frame color / background / text colors / background color change. This does not include a complete custom background - inquire with your colorist. Not every staffperson does custom backgrounds. Existing backgrounds can be found in the Tag Gallery

• It is up to the colorist's discretion whether or not to allow unpelted or unclothed versions of soquili. If the colorist does allow them, these versions must be requested when ordering the soquili so that the colorist knows to set up their layers appropriately when working on it.

• Edits to the base templates also incur an additional charge. Please see the Edits guidelines in the following post.

Restrictions

• Edits cannot be used to give a Soquili the features of another breed. This means you cannot custom, for example, a Wind Soquili and use edits to give it cloven hooves (which are a feature of Uni/Kirin/Kalona) - such a Soquili would have to be a crossbreed. The same goes for adding edits that resemble horns/wings unless they are obviously accessories and NOT physical traits.

• Soquili must have at minimum four legs (or two legs for Mer/Seathi). However, amputations are allowed. Amputations in this case refer specifically to legs that are left as a stump and do not have replacements (e.g. no ghost leg, no skeleton leg, no artificial limb, no wood growing out of the stump to make a plant leg). At minimum, there must be 2 functional legs diagonal to one another (e.g. left front leg and back right leg may be amputated, but not both left legs or both back legs).

• Custom hoof-less mutant (paws/claws on a Non-Pure Shifter) are only available where mutants can be purchased (anything goes auctions, mutant customs, bribes etc...).

• Altered 'species' faces are only available where mutants can be purchased (anything goes auctions, mutant customs, bribes etc...). Draconic faces and beaks can still be acquired through regular custom slots as either Ulun'suti/Ulun'suti mixes or Hippogryphs/Hippogryph mixes respectively.

• Angeni domains must be an idea, ancient or natural objects, element or theme. Example: Angeni of Mercury. Not Allowed: angeni domains over a group of people or religion and man-made objects. Example: Angeni of Egyptians. Pick an idea, object or theme used by the Egyptians instead like ankhs, pyramids or mummies.

• Please keep in mind that pure angeni cannot be evil and cannot have domains that are destructive/evil spirited/Negative in use. If you want a questionable power (example: Disease, Nightmares, Chaos) please explain on the form how the domain works for good (Example: Disease: helping ease diseases side effects and putting them into hibernation until they burn out by the bodies immune system) and get it approved by the RP manager (Uta) before questing for it. Do not abuse your domains or else they can be revoked.

• The same Soquili cannot be customed multiple times with variations of their outfit, expression, pose, accessories or hairstyle. Clothed/Unclothed or Pelted/Unpelted (Shifter only) are allowed at the discretion of the colorist.

Recustoms UPDATED

• Re-customing an existing Soquili is allowed. The new custom completely replaces the original Soquili.
• Re-customing does not give you back any used breedings.
• Re-customs of mutants are allowed in super-rare regular custom slots, price to be negotiated with the colorist before entering.
• 1st gen Re-customs that use a different breed from the original must Pm the Soquili mule for approval first. Hair styles and accessories may be changed freely
• Recustoms who change breeds will not be recognized ICly by past mates/children/friends, though they retain their own character/personality.
• 2nd gen+ Soquili may NOT change species or add/remove traits.
• 2nd gen+ Soquili must wait two years before they can be recustomed.

Cosplays

• Cosplay Soquili are not required to be edited - if your cosplay only requires coloring, it still counts as a cosplay.

• Cosplays can be bought of commercial characters or your own original characters. Non-commercial designs are off limits unless you obtain written permission from the creator.

• Soquili based on an existing pet (or pets) that you own are considered Original Characters.

• Real life people are not allowed as cosplays.
IE, A cosplay of Jack Sparrow is allowed. A cosplay of Johnny Depp is not. Likewise, you can have cosplays of outfits/designs inspired by one in a music video, but the soquili will NOT be a cosplay of the singer/performer and actually falls under Artwork.

• Religious figures direct from the texts are not allowed as cosplays.
IE, You CAN get Prince of Egypt's Moses, but you cannot get Bible Moses. You can get Disney's Hercules, but Not Greek Demi-god Hercules from Greek Mythology. Spirits, Such as Kitsune, Kokopelli, angels, etc might be allowed: if we feel it crosses a line, we might ask you to fix it.

Twins
• Twins can be customed together, both must be paid for (i.e. if the cost of one is 450k, both together will be 900k.)
• Winning custom twins incurs different cooldown periods, depending on who owns them.

• Solely Owning Both Twins -- You get a four month cooldown
• Co-Owning Both Twins (to the same person) -- Everyone gets four months
• Co-Owning Both Twins (to different people) -- You get 4 months, co-owners get 2 months
• Solo Own One Twin, Co-Own Other Twin -- You get four months, your co-owner only gets two months
• Solo Own One Twin, Give Away Other Twin -- You get two months, and the other owner gets two months

• THE PAIR MUST OBVIOUSLY BE TWINS. Not "Oh hey these two somewhat similar looking ponies are twins."
• Both owners may enter custom slots for the twins (one entry each)- they must list clearly that this is a TWIN entry and put both names down on the form for Owner.
• If one person is entering for twins in a given custom raffle, the other person must also enter for the twins - one person cannot enter for twins while the other enters for a different non-twin custom.
• Twins are biological siblings - you cannot breed a pair of twins together. (ew!)

• 90% similarity or greater. Small variations are allowed, see Possible Variations, below.

Does not count for similarity (these are "free" variants so to speak.)
• Matching but uniquely drawn Hairstyles (ex. both have long hair, but one has it over the shoulder and the other loose to the ground.)
• Matching but uniquely drawn Breed Traits (ex. two different tail poses.)
• Genders (m/m, m/f, f/f are all allowed)
• Different Accessories

Possible Variations for your 10% difference
• Palette swaps (one is red, one is blue) or reversed colors (yin/yang)
• Small changes in pattern (ex. one has a mark the other does not, or one has a sun, the other a moon)
• Different breeds or different combinations of crossbreed traits
• Different hairstyles

Herd Helpers
• Unless slot openings specifically mention herd helpers are an option, it can be assumed they aren't offered.
• Herd helpers are similar to identical twin customs, in that one concept may result in 2 to 6 pets with minor differences between them. However, you do not have to make them twins IC.
• They are intended to help spread herd membership and so follow standard custom rules: you cannot keep more than two, and the rest must go to others. If you keep one, you follow normal cooldowns; if you keep two, you follow twin cooldowns.
• If you gift herd helpers directly without a contest, everyone you gift will get the two month custom cooldown. Alternatively, if you contest or raffle them off, those who win the helpers will not have cooldowns.

Ulun'suti are not required an element, but if you wish to have one please address the RP guide information to see the elemental limitations.

To be a Pureblooded Ulun'suti, your design needs: Back/tail scales, long serpentine tail, The Cloven hooves,and the wings. (Jaw/mouth, spikes, horns, claws, belly/leg scales, ears, muffles, tail tips, frills etc are not necessary to be pureblooded)

Elemental edits (Fire hair, Wooden horns and vine hair, etc) have to be restricted to the element (Fire hair for Fire 'Suti, Wooden horns for a Wood 'Suti, Inky shadow hair for a shadow 'Suti, Etc). Not all colorists do elemental hair/horns: Check their filters before entering your custom!

Unedited Shifter Prices:
New Cursed Regular: 4 mill for adult (no 3 stages; does not require existing pet)
New Cursed Non-Reg: 3.5 mil + Base Species Price (i.e. new Cursed Uni would be 775+3500)
Cursed Corpse Powder: 3.5 mil (no 3 stages and the pet has to exist already)


WARNING Please be aware of these finite rules concerning Shifters. Failure to adhere to them will result in staff intervention.

If you wish to RP Shifters there are a few things you need to keep in mind.
Shifters do NOT form family bonds
Shifters do NOT fall in love
Shifters do NOT have positive or healthy relationships with anyone
Shifters ARE solitary by nature, though OCCASIONALLY work together for short periods of time for a common goal.
Shifters ARE evil.
Shifters ARE Demonic to the core of their being
Shifters ARE killers and/or violently chaotic
Shifters CANNOT be saved, redeemed, or otherwise 'changed' in to anything good.


There are no exceptions to any of the above rules, and there never will be. If you do not think you can follow these rules, it would be wise to look into another breed, such as Kalona.

Races Not Allowed to be Shifters of either type:
• Usida, Angeni, Mer, Seathi, Ulun'suti*, Clawed Hippogryphs*, Pawed Mutants*

*Ulun'suti, Hippogryphs, and Pawed Mutants are ABLE to breed with Shifters, but cannot be Cursed Currently.

Unpelted form: Colorist's Discretion
• You have to confirm with the colorist that they do unpelted versions before asking for it. If a colorist is willing to do an unpelted form, it must be requested when the custom is ordered, not requested of the colorist after the fact.
• Non-templated Shifters are bribe, auction, or shop event only, as are custom familiars (which require approval via PM to the Soquili mule)
• Peltless forms are for sig/breeding purposes ONLY. A shifter will not ever remove there pelt when/if your RPing them.
• In templated bat and bird shifters, if the soquili had wings before they become shifters, the wings are 'eaten'. The only exception is Non-templated Shifters (see above for rules on non-templated shifters)
• Non-templated Cursedshifters can be any existent familiar breed. Regardless of feral form's breeds original diet, all of them are carnivores.
• Non-templated Cursedshifters cannot have 'hybrid' or 'mutant familiar' pelts (So no hawk-wolves or hellhounds)

• Pure Shifters may have mutant traits, so long as they are related to their animal type (ex. feather tail for birdshifters) or Demonic in nature.
• Pures are limited to Canines, Felines, Bears, Bats, Seals, and certain Avians (Crows, Falcons/Hawks, Vultures, Owls), Snakes, Lizards, Gators and hybrids of two of these breeds. Hybrids MUST be approved by Colorist Manager before being ordered.
• Pures are allowed to have demonic influences (Spikes, spade tails, horns, cloven back feet) as long as they are INCLUDED in the animal form. They're also allowed animalistic mutations that match their feral forms 'species'. (Example, pure bearshifter with bear ears and tail. Hawk shifter with feathers.)

There are no halfbreed Winds (removing a Wind's wings makes it a Reg)

Not every colorist accepts all levels of editing. Pay attention to the Limitations section in each colorist's thread. For questions, post here or PM Soquili before ordering if you have more concerns.



=Edit Guidelines=

REMEMBER: These are guidelines - they cannot *possibly* cover every single combination or permutation - your colorist has FINAL say as to what they consider Minor/Moderate/Heavy/Extreme.

Free / Unedited
• Heavy Draft templates (can be combined with breeds)
• Combination stock hairstyles (mixed mane/tail and mixed parts)
• Alt breed templates (alt Kelpi & Kirin males, old Kalonas etc.)
• Leg down alt pose for Males
• Templated Hairstyles
• All "stock" breed options (for that breed)
• Trading Post Items
• Aura glow - Glows of eyes, horns,hooves wings etc that is an even glow over/around the spot is considered just a color/SFX look. -- Typically handled like an SFX or just a blop of color with a lowered transparency over the spot and blurred to make it 'glow'. Should follow the shape of the object it is glowing around. Example
(Glows that are smokey, wispy, tendrils, glittery, orbs, not following the shape of the object are considered edits. Example)

Minor
A minorly edited soquili can include up to three of the following edits (bullet points):
• One, two or three pieces of basic, SIMPLE custom jewelry (example: necklace + bracelets + hairclip = 1 minor edit)
• One small detailed piece of jewelry (example: necklace with glowing dragon pendant & mist)
• Expression Edit (eyes, mouth, and/or ears in different "poses")
• A basic clothing accessory (hat, ribbon, bowtie, leg bandages, normal scarf etc.)
• Fetlocks (Within the realm of what would be found on a natural horse.)
• Short to medium length Mane ('natural" length - must end above the knees.)
• Short to medium length Tail ("natural" length - must end above the ground.)
• Changes to existing breed features (broken uni horn, holes/tatters on Kalona wings, edited Uni/Kirin tail tuft, etc)
• Antennae for flutters or flutter crossbreeds
• Small animal or a small item (butterflies, basket-in-mouth, a frog on a toadstool, lantern, etc)

Moderate
A Moderately edited soquili can include up to three of the following edits (bullet points):
• Up to 3 minor edits (You can use more than one "bullet" for extra minor edits. Each bullet allows up to 3 minor edits.)
• Fetlocks (longer/more complicated/unrealistic for a natural horse)
• Breed horn variants (MUST still resemble one of the stock type{s); i.e. Cerynei antler variants must look like antlers.)
• Cerynei does may have small antlers (up to 1/2 size of the male varieties) NEW Cerynei can have antlers of any size, regardless of gender.
• Kalonas may have paired horns or quad-horns of any non-branching variety
• Ulun'suti may have paired horns of any variety (Antlers, smooth horns, loops), dinosaur-like crests (counts as one set of horns), and face spikes (such as running down the bridge of their nose and running along their cheeks)
• Breed Tail variants (MUST still resemble the stock type(s); i.e. unicorn tails should be leonine with a hair tuft on the end.)
• Breed Fin variants - Aquatics only (Seathi, Mer, Kelpi)
• Flutter Wing variants - (Flutter & Flutter Crosses only) Must be flat-type wings (think butterfly/insect)
• Long Mane (extending past the knees)
• Long Tail (dragging on the ground)
• Complex Jewelry/Accessory (a large detailed piece or group of detailed pieces- celtic knotwork necklace with gems, stereo headphones with MP3 player, many flowers in hair, chains over body)
• A piece of Partial Clothing (really long wrap scarf, skirt, knapsack, shinguards, vest, etc.)
• Up to two large pieces of horse tack (decorative blankets, caparisons, saddles, bridles)
• One larger animal or item (cannot be bigger than Soq's head in area - ex. a sword, a plush fox)
• Large Tusks (think WoW Troll) or Saber teeth. Must not be longer then the soquili's Nose -From eyes to end of muzzle- or thicker then a Cerynei's Ears. This does NOT allow non meat eating species to eat meat.

Heavy
A Heavily edited soquili can include up to three of the following edits (bullet points):
• Up to 3 moderate edits (You can use more than one "bullet" for extra moderate edits. Each bullet allows up to 3 moderate edits.)
• Very Long and/or Difficult Mane (tons of hair- think Rapunzel, or cascades of wrapped/braided/twisted/curled hair)
• Very Long and/or Difficult Tail (tons of hair- think Rapunzel, or cascades of wrapped/braided/twisted/curled hair)
• Full body detailed jewelry (majority of horse covered in jewelry)
• Clothing, per large item (ex. cloak, jacket, shirt+vest, skirt)


Extreme
• 4- 9 Heavy Edits

Colorist's Discretion
• Variant Forms - Winged/unwinged, pelted/unpelted, clothed/unclothed, masked/unmasked etc. Must be requested before work has begun!
Unwinged versions of winged soquili are visual references ONLY to display what is underneath the wings. Custom soquili may not ICly manifest/disappear their wings.
• Custom Backgrounds - i.e. new tag background, not an existing design nor variant.

Notes
• Items (like a toy or plush) and animals (like a bird or butterfly) must be approximately the area of an adult Soquili's head or smaller to count as edits; if a living animal, cannot be named on cert - it's NOT a familiar, it's just a creature.

(if your soquili's stats are 30% or more in your teepee, then 10k is removed from its familiar's price. If its stats are 50% or more, then 15k is removed from its familiar's price.)

• Minor Edits to familiars are allowed - add 10-20% of the base price, at colorist's discretion.

Where we answer (or attempt, at least!) to clairify exactly what counts as a Mutant Soquili and what is allowable through regular edits. Anything listed under "Not Mutant" is permitted for edited custom slots.

NOT MUTANT
Hair
• Hair Mane (any style)
• Hair Tail (any style)
• Fetlocks (hair around hooves)
• Shaggy chest fur/body hair/leg feathering
• Facial hair/beards/sideburns
• Hair running down the back joining tail
• Short scruffy fur on the body
• For Hippogryph/gryph hybrids: Feathers growing naturally from the body in place of/mixed with hair
•New: Ulun'suti can have elemental hair based on their element (Grass/leaves for Wood, Water for Water, Fire for Fire etc).

Body
• Stallions with both front legs down
• "Draft" Heavy Stallion or Mare lines
• Expression changes, including eyes, ears, mouth
• ear notches/damage
• hoof cracks/chips
• Cloven hooves (kirin, cerynei, kalona, uni, and Angeni only)
• Small protruding tooth, tusk, or fang. (Whole mouthful of sharp teeth is a Kalona, 'Suti or Mutant trait).
• New: Scale or feather patterns done with color only using the standard shading templates are not considered edits. These soquili ICly would not actually possess scales or feathers, just markings reminiscent of them.
Actual scales or feathers that lie on top of the Soquili and/or extend beyond the limits of the base lineart are edits. Scales are allowed for Kirin /Kirin crossbeeds / Ulun'suti/'Suti cross breed and aquatic/fish scales on Kelpi/Kelpi crossbreeds, otherwise they are considered mutations.
•Ulun'suti can have frills/webbing/multiple points added to their otherwise equine ears

SFX
• Glowing parts (eyes, horns, markings, hooves, etc)
• Halos/surround effects (like lighting aura, smoke)
• Transparent Wings, horns and antlers. Transparent hair is a Suti Trait (specifically elements that allow for transparency such as wind, light, shadow, water, electricity, and fire (earth if gem-stoney). Wood lacks Transparency)
Note: body parts made of SFX are classified as mutations; i.e legs that fade into ether, etc. Elemental hair is an Ulun'suti trait and limited to a singular element. Anything not elemental Ulun'suti or is more than one element is a mutation

Wings / Fins
• Variant Flutter Wings (must be flat)
• Wing damage/light edits (ex. holes in kalona wings or different feathers)
• Fin variants for kelpi/mer/seathi
• Custom-drawn tails that fit within breed specifications (leonine tails for Unicorns, spade tails for kalona, etc). Edit price depends on complexity.

Horns
• Single vertical/slightly curved horn for Uni/Uni Cross
• Single antler or curved horn for Kirin
• Variant antlers for Cerynei Bucks (must have two or more prongs)
• New: Small antlers for Cerynei Does (<50% size/complexity of standard Cerynei buck antlers)
• Paired horns for Kalona (straight/curved)
•New: Quad (Four) horns for Kalona (straight/curved)
•New: Uni/Uni Cross horns with a circular base like O or slightly squared can be smooth (not spiraled or segmented) as long as they are relatively straight (can be slightly curved) and/or thin (think of the base unicorn horn, if they are similar to that, it's okay). But if it has a more oval 0 or bladed {} base and is curved out of the forehead without any spiraling/corkscrew/segments, similar to a Kirin horn, it's considered either mutant for those breeds OR kirin/kirin cross breed.
•New: Ulun'suti are allowed Horns, antlers, dinosaur crests, spines etc. Can have up to four horns (plus spines)
•New: Ulun'suti can have elemental horns based on their element (Wood can have wooden horns, Water can have ice horns, earth can have stone horns etc)

CROSSBREED
Crossbreeds can have any traits of either parent in any combination. Crossbreeds cannot feature more than two breeds - you cannot buy a custom Kelpi/Wind/Kirin, for example.
• (Wind x Uni) Wind + unicorn horn, or Uni with wings.
• (Kalona x Cerynei) Cerynei with non-antler horns, or Kalona with antlers/deer tail
• New: An angeni crossbreed MAY have one pair of angeni wings and one pair of whatever wings it is crossbred with. However, the wing pairs MUST MATCH. No crossbreeds through custom slots may have one wing of the pair of one type, and one of another. Each PAIR of wings must match.

MUTANT
• Mane/tail/hair made of something other than hair (fire/smoke/ice)
• Fetlocks which are not hair - winglets (for non-Angeni/Angeni crosses), spikes, etc.
• Face and body spikes On Non-Suti'mixes
• non-equid ears
• Eastern Dragon type whiskers, tentacles
• "Animal" tail - feline, canine, etc.
• Multiple tails (ie, any more than one tail)
• Non-Wind, Kalona wings, Or Ulun'suti (, clockwork wings, etc)
• Transparency in the body itself (hooves, fading legs, see through body) And flesh tails (unicorn/cerynei/suti/kalona)
• non-equine heads Example: Leviathan
• Untemplated Cursed Shifter (that would require a custom pelt or feral form)
• A mis-matched pair of wings. ((Ie, one wing of one species, the "mate" to that wing being that of a different breed of soquili)).
• With the exception of flutters, it requires a mutant slot to get uniquely drawn wings, even if they follow breed standards
• critters Larger than a soquili's head -- Cannot be bigger than the soquili.

• A full set of Bird-claws on Fullsizeds (And any bird claws on Usdia/seathi), or any number of paws on non-pure-shifters, or anything other than the above.

• approximately the same size, shape, and a similar profile to the original base drawing. For example, they may have a Dogs Nose, beak, Draconian Jawline, have their muzzle flipped sideways, face upsidedown etc, but cannot be something such as a human face, giraffe head, hippo head, etc.




NOT ALLOWED PERIOD
• Angeni Shifters
• No Head
• Less than four legs (or two legs for Mer/Seathi); legs may be amputated, but all soquili must have at minimum two functional legs diagonal to one another.



• All soquili, even mutants, must still resemble soquili/horses - the basic body shape needs to remain the same and not be redesigned; the proportions kept the same. ((Ie, think about the theoretical skeleton underneath.)) Aside from protrusions ((wings, spikes, etc)) and reductions (removing muscle), you shouldn't make edits that would require drastic changes to the equine skeleton)). This means, they cannot have plantigrade or digitigrade front legs in the official lineart (note: many pawed templates are Digitigrade on the back legs, and they MAY be RPed as having diditigrade front legs when clawed/pawed)

• Soquili cannot get things like breasts, 'sheaths', etc added to them. Seriously, don't ask for a horse with humanoid Pecks, human or equid or really any species breasts, 'family jewels of the adult manor', etc. Soquili werent designed to be anatomically correct OR turned into humanoid anthros/humanoid anthro hybrids.

Tails are excluded from these limitations.
