Who is the bigger KIrk?

It has been said many times (not just in this guild) that John Sheppard, of Stargate Atlantis, is quite like James T. Kirk of the Starship Enterprise, given that they both have the habit of romancing alien women.

Jack also has Kirk-like qualities. He also romances alien women.

So, lets debate it out: Who is the bigger Kirk? Who has the most Kirk-like qualities? Jack or Sheppard?

well considering that jack has 7 seasons on sheapard and sheapard is like a season 7 jack right now it won't be long before shep is way better of a kirk than jack.

i'd go with shepard - mostly because of the ascended ladies. they're stranger than the human-form women jack got. i'd like to see shepard with a totally "alien" woman. green with tentacles. then he'd be a real Kirk.

Shepard doesn't really resist kirkish situations, Jack does. The only times Jack gave in he was drugged or had been stuck on a planet for 3 months and didn't think he was getting home.

I agree. Although, lets remember, one of the times Sheppard got with a soon-to-be-ascended woman, he'd been stuck in a place for six months, and didn't think he was getting home.

Lets not forget Chaya, the Ancient-worshipping priestess who then turned out to be ancient. She was really annoying. If she was a kick-a** ancient, why did they have her fainting all the time?!
