Quality/Editing (Possible Spoilers)

Did anyone else find that there were a lot more typos and sentences that had to be read a few times to understand in Eclipse than in the previous two books?

For example, on page 326:

Quote:

It had gotten much cooler while Jacob slept; the air was unseasonably cold -- there must be a storm on the way. It felt like February, not May.

And yet, pages earlier, on 268-9:

Quote:

"It's the fourth? Of June? Are you sure?"

What was hard to understand about those?

The month change, probably. I didn't notice anything wrong though.

The "and" was joining two different things about Eclipse that were meant to be seperate.
The typos. And. The phrasing.

It clearly states that it's June, but then compares the May weather to February. (see first post for direct quote)

May comes before June. You said it said May on 326 and then pages later it said June. Makes sense to me.

Oops, that was a typo--it's been changed now. on page 268-9. So that would've been more than fifty pages earlier.

Oh. Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm........ forgetfulness? There are so many pages I wouldn't be surprised.

I didn't notice that.
But I did notice a lot of typos. D:

Yeah, me too. Too many typos. There was very shotty editing.

I did to, and I'm a really bad speller. So thats hard for me to notice.

Maybe she should've taken another couple weeks and made the quality of the editing better. It's better to read something that doesn't have a lot of grammar/spelling errors.
