Chapter 1: The battle for the Digi-eggs of the Moon and Sun
In the darkest region of the Digital World, where the darkest of the Digimon live, a Digi egg like none other,lay on a rock. It was a strange egg, It was dark blue like the sky, and had a silver-ish glow about it. In the distance a dark figure got closer and closer until it approached the egg, he picked it up, Devimon smiled. He had finally found it, the Digi egg that would be able to make him stronger, and all he had to do was absorb it's data. He had almost begun to absorb it's dat when a vortex opened up across from him and a Digimon appeared, it was Mephistomon, he had come for the Digi egg too, except he went through a lot more than devimon did. Mephistomon came from another dimension and it took almost all of his energy to get out, he was weak. Devimon had no intention of giving the egg up, so he attacked "touch of Evil!" he shouted and darkness shrouded Mephistomon, who could barely move, and who's data was being slowly deleted " I may have lost the battle, but the wars not over," and with the last bit of his strength he blew the egg out og devimon's hands, a portal opened up in the sky, taking in the egg. Devimon panicked "Nooo!" he shouted as he used his Evil Wing to finish off Mephistomon.
"Phoenix Claw!" screamed as her fiery fist hit Mummymon straight and center. "flower Cannon!" Lillymon also attacked the Mummymon and shot at his head, his head was gone, but not for long, it regenerated. The two ultimates were confused, How could he do that? Mummymon Laughed "Snake Bandage!" He yealled as two off-white bandages wrapped themselves around the two digimon, He tossed them to the side. Mummymon approached the egg, he was gonna take it back to his master, who was gonna absorb it's data. Garudamon and Lilymon knew that they had to protect the egg, so the combined their powers, a hole opened up in the sky, sucking in the egg, then the hole closed.
Alexa always failed every test she took, she didn't know why, she just wasn't that smart and couldn't remember anything from the day before. The time almost ran out for the test to end, until something in the sky glowed and fell to the ground like an asteroid, it made a small crater in the ground. All of the kids ran outside to see what happened, they crowded around the crater. Alexa tried to push her way through the crowd until she got to the front, she studuied the crater carefully, she could have sworn she saw some blue thing move, but it had disappeared as the smoke cleared. The teacher instructed the students to go back into the class and finish the test.
At the park, Criss was sitting on one of the many green benches, pondering over the thought of ditching school, something that he did quite often. He hated school, all he ever did was fail, and he couldn't seem to keep up. He likd to hang out in the park, it was quiet and calm, he could actually concentrate. His concentration broke when a flaming boject landed in the woods. he chased after it, to find out what it was. Well, whatever it was, it had started a fire , he knew he couldn't hang around to find out whatever it was. The cops were gonna be there soon, and if they caught him, he would be in loads of trouble
Later that night, at around midnight both Alexa and Criss were in a deep sleep, nothing could wake them. In their sleep they were standing, one in light and the other in darknessl, they looked up and saw each other and looked directly into each other's eyes, then two lights floated above their heads, they landed in the hands of the two children, one of the digimon turned out to be a blue-ish creature, Alexa had realized that this is the creature that she saw ealier. In the hands of Criss the light grew faint until a little fiery creature appeared in his hands, it was warm, maybe this was the thing that caused the fire?
Out of nowhere a head appeared, it scared Alexa but Criss seemed just a little taken back, it had horns like those of a ram, in an instant it disappeared. They woke up, both of them covered in sweat. Alexa rubbed her eyes wondering what the dream was about until she looked over to her side and saw her new partner, moonmon, and Criss saw Sunmon.
