Rules & Guidelines:
* This sub-forum is for Official Contests.
*Only those who are permitted to host a Contest by Crew will be the ones to have the privilege to host a contest here.
* Therefore, do not create a thread in non-relation to a game or Contest of some sort in this area.
* If spam is in non-relation to the thread you are in, your spam will be removed, and you will be warned for spamming.
* However, spam will be permitted in some contest threads.
* Obey and follow the ToS
* Keep things no more vial than PG-13!
* Flaming is unacceptable here, even if you are upset. If you flame, your post will be deleted and you will receive a warning.
* You are not to advertise for yourself or someone else participating in a contest.
* No Bribing!
* Cheating is not tolerated. If you cheat in a contest the Contest host can ban you immediately and with no warning. If you are caught cheating in more than one contest you will be banned from entering any official contests for a month, if you are caught cheating again the consequences will be severe.
If you think someone is cheating by deleting posts then please contact the Crew and we will check the situation. If you suspect that someone is cheating it is better to ask and get a no than not asking at all. If you want to complain about, please contact Crew Members. Do not yell at anyone.
* Under the topic of cheating, be sure not not to copy other peoples hard work in RP and art contests!
Copying other persons own work and calling it your own is highly illegal not only on Gaia but in the real world too and might result in a law suit, so do not do it.
* Please do not harass the Contest host if you win a Digimon you dislike.
If you truly believe the Digimon you won is unfairly given then please discuss this with the host in a calm and gentle manner.
* Members hosting contests are not allowed to do their own contest art, only guild artists with permission can do the art for the lucky winners.
If you are a contest host, please one of the Digimon Artists to do the prize art. Fake contest art by non-artists can not be Digivolved and will be considered illegal. The person who created the fake art will be asked to remove the art and will, if this order is refused, get a warning and may risk a ban, so please follow this important rule.
* Above all else (even though this is the last on the list), be a good sport ~ winner or loser.
[Note: If you have already received a warning, you will be banned from the guild instead of receiving another warning]
