Factorial Town

Factorial Town, the most advanced town in all the digital world. THis town may look a bit small at first, but what you see at first glance is only the reception desk. As you get deeper in, the building get more and more advanced, the dirt below your feet, changes into steel and other metals. Eventually, the humming and booms of industrial life fills your ears.

This city is not just the industrial provider for any and all the people of tamer island, but also the HQ for The Metal Empire. The Very back of Factorial Town ends with a masive castle like structure buildt into the base of a mountian. Dispite Factorial Town's overwelming resorces, which could be used to take over and rule Tamer Island, and probably the entire digital world, it chooses to take a defencive position on things, and play thier cards to remain neutral in anything.

Kaichi walked into his H.Q. and went to the Receptionist's desk."Hey, how are you doing today?? Can you activate the Elevator??" The tiny machine-like Digimon turned his finger into a wierd-looking key and stuck it into a keyhole, then turning it."There you go Mr. Zenbasu." "Thank you Nanomon." Kaichi walked into the small elevator and went up to the top floor. He walked into a giant, circular room with Hagurumon and Toy Agumon typing on colorful Keyboards. Kaichi walked to the center of the room and typed in a number of digits. He was then lifted up into a sphere lik room with only a lone Andromon. "Greetings Andromon. When do we start?"

"We shall start immediately!" Andromon threw off a ragged cape and charged Kaichi. He swung back and forth, Kaichi barely dodging his strikes. Kaichi then went to the offensive and struck Andromon in his side and knocked him down. Andromon grinned and performed a leg sweep- knockdown, kicking Kaichi's legs out from under him and pushed himself up into the air. He then bodyslammed him and held him in Submission."Give???"Kaichi nodded and Andromon appeared next to him. He helped Kaichi up and nodded at him as a sign of approval. "Now what is today's mission??"

Andromon gave a quick look at a digital watch in the corner of the room. He then walked towards Kaichi and gave him an envelope."You shall go to network city and find your true digimon. Then you should open this."Andromon also handed Kaichi a crest. "How do I know if it's really my true Digimon??" Andromon just loked at him sternly and walked back to a monitor. KAichi knew he was about to lose his patience, so he walked to the middle of the room where he typed in the same codes. He was sent back down to the room where the Toy Agumon and Hagurumon at their stations. All of them were at attention and saluting. Kaichi gave the call,"At ease." HE then walked out into the cramped elevator and into the lobby. He exited the building without saying a word to Nanomon.

Angemon came for a rough landing and nearly dropped Savanah before falling to the ground weakly. several looked at the ragged angemon, and gasped. he was carried away to a medical facility while Savanah, salamon, and Firion were taken to a research center. A stiff moving andromon approached them and gazed into Firion's eyes.
" Angemon will be fine, he was badly hurt but we have doctors looking in on him now. you three shall come with me and disscuss your business in factorial town,"

Savannah managed to cling onto Angemon, but barely. Savannah was reluctant to let her friend go, but turned back to Firion. Salamon sat by Savannah's feet, ready to help out. "Well, it's kinda a long story," the blond girl said. "I guess I can begin from when this all started.

"Basically, our parents were away for a few weeks, and I was left in charge. So my twin siblings, Vanessa and Reid, and I went to this arcade, but before that I got this mysterious package in the mail. It turned out to be this." Savannah said, holding up her D-3. "Then, we went to the arcade, and Salamon came through the game as a Yukimibotamon. Then, I was on my way to a picnic with my siblings today with Salamon, and I found myself in the Canyon. Salamon helped me get to where we were last, and a bunch of Kuwagamon started chasing us. We had a huge battle, and we had to flee. That's how we ended up here." Savannah looked exhausted from her explanation, but Salamon continued.

"That's right! We used the sandwiches to restore these two, and then we had to fight." Salamon barked.

Andromon looked at Savanah, and looked back at Firion.
"where is your digivice?" he asked the white haired boy, who didn't even come up to Andromon's chest. Firion shrugged.
"I never got one," he replied with dismay.
" there seems to be something in your pocket that is sending off the same signal a digivice would. May I see it?"
Firion complied and handed him his psp, which Andromon looked over carefully.
"This digivice is unlike any design we've ever produced. How did you obtain it?"
Confused, Firion scratched his head. "That's my psp, what do you mean by digivice?"
"your electronic device has the same functions as a digivice, yet we've never made it. why?" asked andromon.
" I dunno, it's been that way since angemon broke it when he was a gabumon. part of his horn got broken off in it and it kinda... fixed itself,"

"Fixed.... itself?" the andromon was perplexed. he handed it to a vadermon and instructed, "get this to a lab and run some tests on it," the vadermon looked at it with curiosity and took it to a lab.
"angemon is currently being digitally regenerated right now. Please remain in the lobby till he is ready," said the atomaton as he walked away.

Savannah blinked at the Andromon. "I didn't know these guys made Digivices." She said, looking at her own. The girl barely came up to Firion's chest, and she looked puny next to the Andromon. "Well, I guess there's nothing else to do but wait." she said, and found a comfortable chair. Exhausted, she curled up like a cat and was asleep within seconds.

Salamon walked over to Firion, and sat down, staring at where the Digimon had left. Salamon looked over to Savannah and sighed. "She's exhausted." she told Firion, although it was more than obvious.

"yeah, we all are. Been a crazy day huh? Let's get out of dodge the first chance we get. Hopefully we'll get a place to crash untill then," Firion leaned down and started to scratch slamon behind the ears, while deep beneath the ground a dark presence was stirring.

" Yes, make it perfect. yessss," replied a sinister voice. " As soon as angemon is under quarentine, let me know. I'm gonna go out for a while. Stretch my wings," replied devimon as he strided out.

Salamon nodded, and smiled. "You're right. I'll watch, while you sleep. We can't be in too much danger here." The puppy Digimon went over to the doorway and curled up, eyes wide open, watching the door.

(TIME PASSES)

Savannah stirred, opening her eyes. Looking over at her friends, she noticed that Salamon was fast asleep by the door, and Angemon was still gone. Yawning quietly, the Texan padded out the door.

Looking around, she noticed that night had fallen. She sat down, and looked up at the stars. What a nice night... she thought to herself. Savannah was oblivious to the dark figure hovering behind her, and slowly fell asleep as the dark wings enveloped her, and lifting her up, taking her far, far away...

The next Morning, Firion woke up, looking around. Savanah was nowhere to be seen. He shook himself off and went over to wake up Salamon. Vadermon came into the room holding his psp with a pleasent smile on his face.
" this is a work of wonder young man. I've never seen digital particles fuse with outer dimensional technology like this. Angemon's digiparticles are bonded with it, making him your partner,"

" Wow, that's pretty cool. Hey umm... Have you seen the girl I was traveling with yesterday? brown jacket with no sholders, a long skrt, she kinda has one of those cheesy but cute smiles you see on TV," asked Firion.
"I'm sorry I haven't seen her all morning actually," said Vadermon, stroking his chin. "Come, we can probably track her through her digital signal comming from her digivice. We'll need to extract data from her partner to get an accurate lock,"

Salamon's large blue eyes brewed with tears. She could barely choke out a nod before following her partner's friend. This is my fault! I fell asleep! she moaned inside. Sorrowful, she padded after Firion. "What about Angemon?" the digimon whimpered.

Blackness enveloped Savannah, pressing in, taking over every crack. Slowly, her blue green eyes opened and scanned the area. It was still black. Sore, she sat up, bound at the ankles and wrists. At her side, her bag was still there as always, but that was the only familiar thing about the situation.


A new Digimon entered, even more formidable than the last. Myotismon took one glance around, and roared behind him. "Where are the others?!" He stood, quaking in fury. Regaining his composure, he whispered to Savannah. "No worries. We'll just do it another way." He smiled, white fangs glistening. Savannah glared back at him, blue eyes flashing in defiance. Myotismon took a step back, infuriated. He narrowed his eyes and growled. "Those eyes..." He stepped forward, and extended a spiny arm. "Tell me, child. Where are your little friends?"

Savannah flinched away, disgusted. She glared back at him, and met his gaze. "You won't get anything from me." she snarled. "Not a problem. They'll come." Myotismon smiled, as Savannah's heart froze over.

In a reasearch lab Vadermon pulled a hair from Salamon's coat and placed it in a machine where it was scanned. the data was then transfered to a computer that showed a layout of the entire infrastructure of factorial town. Savana's blip showed up as a pink dot flashing on the screen.
"she's in the south district in an old abandonded warehouse. I'll send a Gaurdromon with you to help," he said, typing rapidly on the keys.

"what about angemon?" Firion asked curiously.

"It'll be a little while before angemon is finishing his recooperation, but guardromon is no pushover.I am certain you will be safe under his protection. Firion grabbed his jacket and with Salamon under his arm he rushed out into the street.
"stop!!" he heard a an artificial voice from behind him as gaurdromon clunked with his heavy feet.
"I am to escort you to the warehouse 12 in the south district area. you will come with me," je said, as he began trotting on. Gaurdromon's pace was too slow for Firion's patience and his worries, so he decided to run ahead. using his psp in one hand and salamon in the other, he found the warehouse but stoped just outside the door to catch his breath.
" We gotta be careful about this salamon, we're probably walking into a trap,"

Salamon nodded. "Right." The small digimon leapt out of Firion's arms, and sniffed ahead, nose pressed firmly to the ground. Suddenly, Salamon stopped. She dashed over to a rock, and pushed it over. Inside were two crests, with tags inside. "What are these?" she asked Firion, a pink one in her mouth. Suddenly, the tag that Salamon had began to glow, and pointed a beam of light towards a certain warehouse. "Come on!" the Digimon called, and raced ahead. The door was locked, as Salamon soon found out.

Savannah heard a crash on the door. She gasped, and scuttled back a bit. Myotismon glowered, and pointed a finger in the girl's direction. "Devimon. Use her and take the others. We need all of them." The black Digimon nodded, and grabbed Savannah roughly.

Devimon thrust open the door, and was met by Salamon and Firion. The girl looked puny against Devimon. A sharp-edged wing pressed against the Texan's neck. Savannah screwed her eyes shut. "We are at an impasse. You give me what I want, I'll return her to you." Devimon smirked.

Salamon shook her head in anguish. When there was no response, the wing cut deeper into Savannah's neck, drawing blood. Pale arms grabbed the wing and tugged. Salamon leapt at Devimon, snarling. "Get out of here! It's a trap!" Savannah called. A rookie was no match for an ultimate digimon! Salamon payed no heed, and leapt for the neck. Devimon was thrown back, and flew away, cursing.

Salamon leapt into Savannah's arms, and the girl clung to her Digimon. The two held on to each other like survivors of some horrible accident. "Let's get out of here." Savannah rasped, coughing slightly from the cut on her throat.

Firion ran as quick as he could with Savanah and Salamon close behind. they didn't make it too far though, before an ogremon blocked thier path. Firion tried a hard right hook to the creatures face, but was knocked back by a large club. a group of demidevimon swarmed around them, nibbling and scratching at them. Firion was scared. He wasn't strong enough to fight back. The only one who could wasn't there. Tears started to streak down his face in desperation.

"ANGEMON!!!" he called out in desperation.

"PLEASE HELP!!! ANGEMON!!!" back at the facility the glass to the stassis pod that kept angemon cracked. he stirred inside it, hearing his partners pleas for help. Angemon awoken in the green fluid he was housed in and let out a yell that was muffled by the liquid but made several air bubbles rise to the top. he punched the glass as it shattered, scattering everywhere, spilling the green solution.

" Angemon, its too dangerous for you to go, you're not fully healed!!" exclaimed vadermon. Angemon simply steped out of the pod and raised a hand, as his metal rod floated to him. Angemon then flapped his six great wings free of the fluid and shards of glass and took off through the skylight. Flying as quick as he could toward the swarm of demidevimon, he pointed his left hand like a gun and called out, "holy shot!!" and a large burst of energy shot out from his fingertip like a gun. the light energy made the demidevimon howl in pain and flee. Angemon hovered over the group smiling.
"are you guys alright? I hope I wasn't too late,"

" Boy am I glad to see you big guy,"
