i have ds problems

i have a question my ds keeps dying i charge it i bought a new battery and it still does it i sent it to nintendo but all they did was change the battery

Well, for one you aren't supposed to change the battery. For two, you need to charge it frequently in that case; and if that doesn't work and Nintendo didn't do anything but change the battery, and charging often won't help, you'll need to send it back and ask them to replace it, explaining your problem.

also, if it is the lite, try a lower light intensity, it uses less power than the light on high.
