Try working on the proportions and the hand (I'm not saying I don't like your picture I'm just giving you some pointers). But the overal is nice keep it up.

L has longer and more hair than that. if you hadnt said it was L i wouldnt have thought so when seeing it. the only thing that gives any intention to it being L is the color of the clothes. although going for the overall look it looks nice ^_^
