Here we go...i got some fresh, new, unbeleavable information to share with every one....i got it from Spyro Forums last night....didnt have enough time to put it up on here. The person to be credited is Spyro on Spyroforums...he is a moderater and found this stuff. Enjoy!
This all started when the company who is making the Spyro film made a Spyro page on their site:

It had a slide show on it (it got removed) that was basically a marketing powerpoint meant to show the selling points of Spyro. It mentioned "TLos: Part III" and listed several features such as the co-op. See the slide show (in a commentated form) here:

Then EB Games/Gamestop posted a game listing for a game called "The Legend of Spyro: Darkest Hour":
