 Someone was nice to draw my original character. (I did not draw it, I only created her.) But I was wondering if her outfit was a bit too complex for a story? She is obviously a witch for a shojo series. I was also wondering what colors should be for her outift. I was considering Pink & Black . Any feedback?

I tihnk it should be black and yellow. Black being the main color :3 With the ruffles and bows being yellow. wink

As for the outfit being too complex, that's really up to the artist, if you can draw it fast with enough detail then it's fine, but if it takes a long time each time you have to draw the character than you should make it a little less complex.

Ooh! I like it a lot! Especially the outfit, but i agree with Haseo Reborn on the outfit complexity, although I have to admit thats one of my favorite things about the whole drawing! Oh well, whatever you wish to do!
Other than that- colors! Dark Blue/Purple and Black? Black and pink is an excellent suggestion as well, im just throwing an idea out there. 3nodding

The outfit is not all that complicated in my opinion,
it looks just detailed enough too me.
:]
Black and pink would propobly suit her nicely.
But here's a crazy suggestion none the same.
Dark Purple as the main color
and a Bright Green for the smaller things.
Because those two colors go together faboulosly.
Seriously.

Maybe Blue and orange..? Not the one's like on Naruto's or Goku's suit, but a
little more toned down-orange-and-blue ..? smile
The hair could be light brown...But thats really up to you.
And I totally LOVE the folds in her clothing! XD
