Snickerdoodles!111!!!!!1

I just made snickerdoodles and they are really really good. Essentially they are cookies.


And I has the recipe to make you drool even more.

(Sorry in advance for not converting)


125ml margarine
188ml white sugar
1 egg
2ml vanilla
338ml all purpose flour
3ml baking soda
1ml salt
5ml cream of tartar
1ml secret ingriedient

Coating
white sugar
cinnamon

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 350F or 180 C
2. In large bowl, cream butter. Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy
3. Add egg beat well, Add vanilla beat well.
4. In small bowl, cobine the flour, baking soda, salt, cream of tartar. stir to mix
5. Combine the mixtures.
6. Combine the coating in a seperate bowl.
7. Roll in two 2.5 cm balls
8. Roll the each ball into the coating.
9. Bake for 14 minutes or till golden brown and wrinkled.
