Description (eye color/hair color/hair style etc):
Eyes will be covered by clothing. If you look at the references image, it shows you most of the clothing and tattoo's, I'd like her mane to be a mo-hawkish type think with lots of black and white pearls beaded into it. For the tail, it's like it to be poking out of the skirt in a long , bushy manner until it dragged onto the floor. ( You can add beads to match the mane, your choice.)
