I'm on the end of my first playthrough of FFIV DS. I know that augments and some key items carry over to New Game + as well as the rare Rydia summons learned from monster drop items. I also know if you have items such as yellow tail or pink tail in the key items it carries over.
My question is... if I trade the items to get the armor (i.e. adamant armor or onion armor) do I start the New Game + with those pieces of armor or do I lose them? Help me out if you know. Thanks.

I went ahead and beat the final boss again to check the new game +. All armor obtained from trading "tails" carries over to a new game +. If Rainbow Puddings are in your inventory however they do no carry over to the new game.

non relative to this-i use to play finally fantasy IV for the snes(II for snes) back when i was like seven-i didn't know there was one for the ds-im so getting it!!!!
