Still a WIP :c
Yes I'm terrible at drawing necks especially from this view point. Any help with that will be welcome :3
Also, any critiques you want to give on the picture would be great.

maybe you should start the first line from the middle of his chin or somewhere around there and have it follow slant in the same way his head does.

Or you could draw a scarf

I guess it'd help to know what angle you want the body to be in-- Are we looking down and he is looking up? Is he looking over a shoulder? Is he looking straight on at us? Etc. etc. ^^
