Mane: Custom. Something medium length. How thick/curly/straight/bushy/etc is CC. Whatever looks best with the placement of colors. Maybe work in some feathers within the hair, it'd be fine if it's just blending the default feather gryph mane with some hair overlaid. Just whatever looks good
Tail: Peacock tail, add in some smaller feathers at the base perhaps? Color choice is CC, whatever looks best with placement
Hooves/Fetlocks: Unedited reg fetlocks, gryph leg scales.

Two thin strands [can simply be string, that is a tiiiny chain in the reference lol] of the same color as the lace hang loose on either side, while a strand in the color of the stone hangs lower at the center. A couple strings, in the lace color, strung with blue beads are loosely wound around in his tail. I'd like the beads to be the same color as the stone in the lace.

Woah.. how long has it been since I last posted in here?
Still working on this guy. Funds come slowly and see-saw around a bit but there's progress. I should/could be looking up some more or better reference images as there may be more out on the web these days. I'll see what I can pull up that may be more helpful than what I've got going now.
