It's actually pretty cute. There are a few little things that could be worked on, but all in all it is adorable.
Her eyes should be raised a little (the top of the eyes should line up with about the part on the sides of her face where they slope out again, like ~ 0.8-1cm up). Her right (our left) boob should probably be a little more...uh... round over there to match her left (our right) boob a little more. And the legs should perhaps be a little bigger to match her body a little better.
I understand there is a certain style to this so you don't have to change a ton (or anything if you don't want to), but those were things that provided distractions when looking at this picture.
I really liked how you did the hair though. mrgreen And I like the different color combinations you used. rofl
