I've been listening to rock almost all my life. It wasn't anything that multitudes of ppl would recognize, but it was rock nonetheless. I've heard so many times that christian rock sucks, but then I hear plenty of ppl who listen to bands that they don't even realize is a christian band. I've been trying expand the types of rock that I listen to. I never really listened to the older stuff that paved the way for what's out today. Only of recent, have I started to listen to anything from Johnny Cash to Ozzy. I remember listening to heavy metal for the first time and hated it because all of the songs sounded the same, but it started to grow on me and now I can listen and appreciate. I pretty much like all genre's of rock, but death metal, black, or satanic rock(if those are all different).
