Favorite CANDY :D

Figured this would be a good Halloween week topic!

My absolute favorite candy is red-hot cinnamon. Whether they were cinnamon disks, Atomic Fireballs, or Red Hots, those were always the first to go out of my Trick or Treat stash. smile

Other faves: Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, Mr. Goodbar minibars, Jawbreakers, Willy Wonka brand candies.

Stuff I never much cared for includes: Apple-flavored candy, chocolate-covered cherries, candy corn, lollipops.

Any thing thats got chocolate. Then again there are a lot of them. Then after that I would have to say something you could suck on like a jolly rancher or lollipop. Wait do donuts count... especially the ones with strawberry in them, now those are goods.

Me, I vote for those Brachs Mellowcreme Pumpkins that come out everytime this year. That and candy corn. I'm a sucker for candy corn.

Oh, and sour patch kids or sour vines any other time of the year.

caramel covered sour apple suckers are my fave halloween candies. rest of the year it's usually sweet tarts or reeses cups

I divide my favorite candies into two different categories- those that kill my teeth and those that don't!

kill my teeth:
candy corn pumkins!
skittles
sourpatch kids
sour jelly bellies

don't kill my teeth:
butterscoth peanuts (can only find them in one gourmet candy place)
anything peanut butter and chocolate
chocolate covered raisins
lindt chocolate balls (especially white chocolate and peanut butter)
jelly bellies (especially plum and popcorn!)

Mine are in the "Chocolate" and "Mint" range.

That's actually one of my favorite things to bake, Chocolate Mint-chocolate chip cookies.

I love most all sweets.

Chocolate is most definitely my favorite, but I also love mint flavors. Mint Chocolate is awesome too!!!

I'm all about the chocolate, but i do enjoy sour things too. I miss Warheads. Especially the blue raspberry lollipop warheads. Mmmmmm......

My bank had warheads in their candy stash a few weeks ago. I should ask them where they found them (probably in the closet when they were remodeling....)

Japanese umeboshi candies. specifically the ones in the metallic red/magenta wrappers.

Though i love sours in general, a lot don't last long enough... like warheads. Tastes amazing for like... five seconds... then it gets sweet and icky. T___T
