i found this to intresting since luffy learned gar second and third and it resembled naruto's fights a bit. so i thought who would when in a fist fight rock lee with his taijutsu and chakra gates, or luffy with the gum gum devil fruit and his gears second and third. you help decide.

lee, gates are 2 fast for luffy to keep up with and they give him more strength the more he opens

that may be true but im looking at all techniques on both sides. luffy has a range of offensive and defensive moves and in gear second those moves are more than triple in stength and speed. and the more gates lee uses the more strain on his body. same for luffy but not as servere. if lee went all the way to gate 5 and luffy manages to survive, and lee runs out of energy thinking the fights over luffy wins.
