Photoshop or digital artist wanted!

I'm looking for someone who is skilled at photo-shop or creating digital images. Specifically in the design of concept cars. The project it self will be creating a 1994 Honda Accord CD7 that I have been planing but my skills are lacking to create the concept image.
If you know some one, post who it is if they do commissions.

The most I could probably do is model the car in Maya..but then I'd need to see what the car looks like.
