Well, then..
Though copying isn't the greatest method to use all the time, I'd say look at a picture that you really love (if of Lee, try one that Masashi Kishimoto made himself as to be the original Lee) and use that as a point of reference. If you become able to draw that after some practice, then you could put him in different positions, scenes, etc...
