My tablet is across the house right now, buried under some (fairly heavy) books, so I'm sorry I can't do a redline right now.

I will try to give extensive critique, to make up for it.
First off, I love the semi-realistic look. It's not quite realistic, but it's quite stylized. The look of outlined lineart with combined soft coloring looks fabulous. Your skin coloring is beautiful so far, sorry about what happened with the markers-incident.

I feel that the eyes are too close together, and that her right eye is too high up considering that her head is slightly angled. Her ear is attached strangely; pay attention to how ears look in a 3/4 angle using photographs as reference. The hair on the right side of her face is bunched in an odd way, try "bunching it" closer to her shoulders instead of near her bangs (think of hair like drapery). Her loose hair that slings over her shoulder feels forced in, smooth it down a little and try to emphasize more on the force of gravity on the hair rather than on her bodily curves.

Her hand holding the hat is a little wonky considering the way most people hold hats. I think most people hold the hat's brims with their finger tips rather than in a fist. Her hand is also a little small (remember, a completely flat hand is roughly the size of the face).

As for the smudge that happened, that's the beauty of traditional mediums. Try layering over some similar smudges over the entire drawing to turn the mistake into a background effect. Or, try turning it into an accessory. I can see that smudge turning into a necklace with a pendant that hasn't turned with the rest of the torso.

I hope it all helps!

Thankyou! I re-did it, now I just need a skin color since my marker ran outta ink. I have no idea where to get ink refills where I won't have to wait weeks for it to be shipped in the mail.
