OMG! I could totally see that too. ^^ Some sort of mystical asian dragon. Maybe winding around the arm?
Then Mori's brother (forgot his name) will want to get one too, 'cuz he idolizes him. XD

Okay...
just to be silly/"serious"....
Haruhi -- a piece of fatty tuna sushi (I actually met a cosplayer dressed as her with this on her arm -- no kidding surprised )
Tamaki -- a rainbow arrangement of roses (with all the meanings in each color I can see him suffering through it all for each romantic sentiment)
Hunny - Bun-Bun with slice of cake
Hikaru/Kaoru - opposing ying-yang symbols -- which would be white/which would be dark? well...I'm sure there'd be a good debate question here! 4laugh

Mori would most definitely be the most capable to pull of a tattoo. I think Kyoya could also pull it off. Something really intricate, but small.

KimCare, I agree with the twins idea! The ying yang symbols would be great! It is a debatable question lol, though I think Hikaru would get the Dark half. Also I thought of the same one for Haruhi lol.
Kyoya could pull off some kind of weird design that covered his sholder I think.

for some reason i see haruhi witha white tulip ( don't ask) and i also ( somehow) see kyoya wth demon wings just like what reiriki said but just the wings
