I like it
but I know there are things wrong with it
only,
I can't see them
please help

Nice painting style, and good attempt at shading.

Anyway, maybe thinner strokes and a bit of outline could help it a little.

Hmm...how about giving the head more depth...Make the back of his head stick out more. And the strange slop coming off his neck makes him look like he has freakishly small shoulders. ^^
It's an awesomely good pic though.
