Ouch you choose a really bad time to quest for an aquarium as everything is rising with the threat that certain items may be leaving. Your best bet is probably not to buy anything until it's confirmed which is staying and which is going. Although the ones that leave will jump in price hopefully there will be more that will stay and return back to normal.
I'll send you a little bit in the meantime though.
Edit: The only item on your list that left the shop is the ship background, so you may want to try to get that item first before the price gets stupid-assumming you haven't decided to go for one of the new backgrounds.
