Sonnenblume HOT SAUCE GOES ON EVERYTHING Hot sauce is a beautiful invention. In the summer, we grow our own peppers and make the tastiest hot sauce you'll ever have. cool

Ponzu, which is a citrus-sour soy sauce. I use it in practically everything when cooking. Umm...Ranch dressing comes next I guess...
On hot dogs I have to have ketchup, brown mustard (specifically Cleveland Stadium Mustard), relish and saurkraut.

It's the polish in me I s'pose. If I considered it a condiment, it would be #1 on my list. Oh. Another one of my favorites is Sriracha. I forgots.

It's awesome to sprinkle a little bit on plain rice, and also is awesome in stir-fries. You should be able to find it at any Asian grocery store, or even larger supermarkets...

MUSTARD ON EVERYTHING, DEAR LAWD. I also like the balsamic vinegar + olive oil mixture for dipping breads in, but I don't know if that's considered a condiment. :3
My grandma buys this stuff called chutney. It's super yummy!
