I like it! But her eyes are HUGE But i think that is just the way you draw and you probably wont change it Over all GREAT!!

lol, yeah...I know...I had it small at first and it just kinda got swallowed up so I made it bigger...too big, even I say that. But yeah...I'm not changing it. XD Thankies though

Agreed with the eye being too big. Even if she has bangs covering the other eye, she should still have room for the other eye. In the rules of proportion, the space between both eyes should be at least one-eye apart. The space between the eyes of this girl is not even half of an eye.
The way she's standing is off-balance. Her waist needs to be more angled in order to support her legs like so. The more slanted leg should also be reaching the ground via toes, not the whole foot. Her arms needs to be a little bit longer too; try making the tips of her fingers reach a little above half-way her thigh length.
Overall, it's pretty nice. You got the costume of the Gothic Lolita-style down very well.

Yes, not bad, not bad. Just the eye thing again. It's been said too many times so I won't repeat. Also, the arms could flow a bit more smoothly and the fingers do have to have knuckles. Perhaps practice drawing hands...they're hard until you get the hang of them.
