Take the persons original wish and grant it in a interesting way
example: I wish I could just relax this weekend
granted but you only get to relax because you get a really bad cold, and you are stuck in bed for the next week
soo someone start it ^^

granted but in your flight you crash into a tree and aren't able to fly again for a very long time due to the injuries that are inflicted on you in your crash
