for art foundation next year i have to make a life size model of a character from history, present day or a creation of a writer, playwright or film maker based on the theme "heroes and villains".

i dunno where to begin.

i need something nobody else will do because 50 people will be doing this.

it needs to be interesting and/or funny because this'll be making the first impression for me with some people who i have to spend the next year or more with.

GIMME IDEAS PLEASE.
