The proportions, the head, the facial structure and proportions, making it look like your own style and not something out of a Christopher Hart chibi book, hmm.....

Another thing is that the wrinkles on the pants is kinda awkward to me.
And I think the paws should be more like this.

Other than that it's a pretty cute sketch =)

It's a bit hard to tell from a photo, but I think the lines look a bit hard. I remember drawing like that once (but my anatomy was a lot worse back then). I'd recommend you to hold the pencil lightly and do very light, sketchy strokes, preferably with a H pencil. Then you can ink it (with a light hand still!) or just darken the lines with a B pencil.
Oooor.... if you don't want to invest in ink or different pencils, you can just alter the pen pressure. That works too rolleyes
