it's quite cute, and generally, it's hard to draw on MS Paint any way, so it's very good.
There are some MS Tips I found or know of which you might find useful.
http://www.albinoblacksheep.com/tutorial/mspaint I think however, the wings or the hearts might be a bit too much. You could always attempt to do shading by checking out the colours in the colour mixer and testing it out.
Try testing out the polygon tool for a neater outline, so there'd be less chance of having small white parts in coloured parts.
