The amount of time you'd spend on something like that probably makes it near impossible to charge a fair amount of gold.

maybe it's just practice or something.
besides, technically this doesn't look all that hard or time consuming to make.
but i expect you paid in the hundreds of thousands for it.
it's great for the style it's in 'cause yeah it looks like the cover of a manga.
but goddamn i hate that style. >>
it's also so much easier than realism. no matter what you say.

It is amazing for it's style. It is kind of obvious that Manga style is way easier than realism though. I mean it's not realistic in the least. They don't have to draw varying skin textures. Actual geometry of the human face or body. While I am not an artist it seems incredibly clear drawing something as complex as the human form would we a hell of a lot more difficult than the same flat figures.
