"You, know, I don't know." He hadn't really thought that through. He had poked his head out of the water and POOF light went out. "Maybe it needs water to work?" He shrugged and then looked to their hiding stash. "You think our shells are still here?"

Lillison wondered about his light for a little bit more, but there was really no way for either of them to explain it. "I guess so." She swiftly nodded her head when he asked about their shells and she swam to the other side of the rock so that she could see them and motioned Brighten to follow. "Actually... that's why I was over here." she admitted and of course Lillison was still wearing the necklace Brighten had given her around her neck.
"Really?" He had been dozing in here for some time. He liked hanging out in the dark and this cave was a very dark cave. He then saw the necklace as it bobbed around her neck. He smiled, "You still wear it?" It made him feel kind of proud that she would wear something he made when he was just a child.

Lillison pointed the shells out and picked one of them up and twiddled it between her fingers. She blushed and nodded her head again silently when he had noticed her necklace. "Uhm, yeah. I never took it off." She admitted with a smile, it was a very pretty shell anyways, but she also like that it was a gift for her.
Brighten returned her blush at her comment. "Well, it looks nice on you." His light glowed a bit and then her went over the shells. "Should we see our treasure?"

Lillison's eyes moved away from Brighten when he had blushed too. "Yeah, come see." she moved to the side so that he could get a better view of the seashells. Their hidden treasure, of course it had looked so much more glorious when she was younger, but it was a pretty nice collection made by the two of them.
He looked at all the shells, some were really pretty. "Pretty nice." He picked up a sand dollar. "Remember this one?" She had found it, if he remembered right. He smiled at the thought of their childish adventures.

Lillison smiled, yeah, she had remembered that shell. It was so odd looking and she had almost not seen it because it blended in with the sand, thankfully her fingers had caught it. "Yeah... it looked so neat." Lillison could see the flowery design on the top which she thought was amazing. Lillison continued to scan over the shells with her eyes for a little and then looked at Brighten again. "So did you want to hang out or something?" she mentally slapped herself, they were kind of already hanging out.
Brighten nodded as he watched her look at the shell. It was rather pretty and different. It was one of the prettiest shells they had found together. Brighten smiled, "Sure, what do you have in mind?" He did want to spend more time with his friend.

Lillison shrugged her shoulders, she had no idea what she wanted to do. Exploring seemed kind of scary and so did leaving the water. "Do ya like to make stuff?" she asked the boy, Brighten, "We can make things out of kelp or anything really."
"Make stuff?" He wasn't sure that was something he liked to do. Unless he made something to trick others. He liked getting paes to come to his light and then scare them. Rather them be scared than him. "We could make something with the shells?" He shrugged maybe it could be fun. Plus he wasn't alone to do it.

Lillison shrugged her shoulders when he questioned her, maybe it wasn't a good suggestion. "We can do whatever you want really, I don't care. Any suggestions?" She touched a finger to the shell necklace he had made her, but they could probably make something other then jewelry out of seashells. "Like a sculpture or something..."
"Maybe a big, scary, sea-dragon? That can scare people away from here?" That would be cool. No one would come here, but then, since they knew it was only a sculpture and not real. He went a started collecting grass and weeds to hold the thing together before she even answered.

Lillison tilted her head, surprised by his suggestion. She remembered when the two of them had both gotten scared of a sea monster and now they were going to... try and scare people? It didn't sound very nice. "Alright..." she said, caving into the peer pressure, she wanted to do what her friend wanted to do and he was already starting to do it anyways. Lillison began to collect grass and seaweed too to help with the sculpture. She wondered how big they could really make it.
He looked at her and she seemed hesitant, "Well, it's not to scare, scare, I thought that way no one came to our place?" He piled up the art supplies, "We can do a different sculpture if you want." He liked to play tricks, but that could have been too far.
