 When people call hairy animals furry. Although hair and fur are physically the same---made up of keratins and other proteinaceous molecules, an animal is said to have hair when each follicle in the skin produces only 1 grain of hair. An animal is said to be furry when each follicle produces more than one grain of hair at the same time. Therefore, a cat is furry and a dog is hairy. Wolves are the genetic ancestors of dogs and are hence, hairy.

I don't see why its something to get annoyed about razz
I understand the difference, but, seeing as it matters so little, I sometimes mix it up.
I, personally get annoyed at things like... people thinking China and Japan is the same. That's something that requires a little more ignorance.

when people don't respond when i talk to them =w=, i mean i always have the courtesy to answer even the stupidest of questions just to be polite the least you can do is the same. oh well thats just me.
